超級滿意，一般外出都會帶四件套的，這次忘記帶但是這家真的超級滿意，很乾凈，前台姐姐超級貼心，幫忙熱外賣，外賣都可以機器人送上去的，非常方便，推薦推薦

房間很大，房內味道好，空調效果好，無線網不錯，離桃花塢，柳樹彎黃河古道200米，可以散步，跑步鍛鍊，早上星程那碗麪不錯，遺憾的是淮安現在滿城棉絮在飛。

設施：新開業的酒店，設施標準較高，特別是房間面積足夠大
衞生：無論是房間還是歺廳，衞生堪稱典範
環境：下高速非常近，停車也方便
服務：從老闆到服務人員，都熱情周到，特別表揚前台小鹿，提供的温馨服務讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。更要感謝老闆，在住客車輛停車場發生小刮蹭的處理上彰顯的負責任精神，雖然可以不用去處理（刮蹭確實很小），車主也很難發現，但她仍然在晚間告知住客並做園滿處理，還將此事傳達給員工，轉勵員工積極主動為客人服務，這種精神和模式實屬少見，相信住店客人都會滿意。
早歺品質很好，特別滿意。
祝願酒店服務愈來念好，成為星程酒店的優秀代表。
