帶長者旅遊，想找離景點近的酒店。盧園是真的近，離故居就是幾十米的路程，附近還有食品街，吃東西也算方便。離鎮淮樓和其他老城景點都不遠打車幾塊錢。酒店設施不算新，但很乾凈。

房間不大，夠用，衞生還不錯，浴巾該換換了，很多地方薄得要破了。院內停車位有十幾個，先到先得，據説不遠處還有一個免費停車的地方。沒有餐廳，附近有不少能隨便吃吃的小店小攤，步行一公里就是繁華街道，挺方便的。
這裏離周恩來故居特別近，斜對面就是，有空可以去轉轉。
