攜程上訂的144一個房間到了説都沒有，然後兩個房間加價72元，到房間一看，電視機沒有，線頭牆壁上掛着，看着嚇人，下去一問説忘記那房間電視機壞了，不知道是真的還是假的，又換房，折騰一番，一個房間的窗簾拉不上 ，算了，就勉強睡一夜吧。第二天早上説新年沒早餐，想想前天住的一個酒店值班人員特意包了餃子我們吃，大淮安真是讓我有感動也有遺憾！

酒店周圍交通方便，很多餐館。但通過攜程訂的豪華雙床房，最後入住的卻是普通雙床房。訂單上説的早餐過節期間也是沒有的，好在出門就有麪館。房間衞生一般，洗臉池有肉眼可見污跡。唯一亮點是智能馬桶。

這次是第二次來住，第一次住的印象還蠻好的，反而第二次住讓我徹底對這家酒店無語死了。首先是房間安排，我定了一個高級大床房，前台直接給我換了一個很小的房間，產品知識和房間安排都背不熟的嗎？前台很敷衍。其次，房間還很吵，第一次住颳風，外面的廣告牌砸牆聲很嚴重，這次來住好傢伙外面直接大葯房7點大喇叭做宣傳，隔音是一點也不在乎？最無語的是住完酒店之後，兩個人的身上起一片紅疹子，火辣辣的刺痛感很不舒服，床單被罩上面肯定有問題。讓人很生氣，以後再也不會住了，果然便宜吃大虧，對蘭歐無語了。大家誰願意住誰住吧，一住一個冤大頭嘻嘻

服務：服務太差，平台上能買，到店就説房型沒有了讓交差價😅，明明是酒店的過失，不積極彌補，還嘲諷説訂最便宜的酒店還想免費升房，笑死了，小酒店就這樣是吧，還是平台出面給解決的，前台要還這樣，幹不了多久，另外在我下單成功內一刻交易就達成了，酒店要加錢是違規違法的，好好做你們員工培訓
