Very impressive! The dining is excellent, the staff are exceptional, and the rooms are spotless. I stayed in the executive suite for about two weeks. It is a nice place to go for breakfast and dinner. The best Western breakfast in Huai'an is definitely there in the Pullman.
The restaurant that serves local cuisine, Huaiyin Cai, is superb.
Having stayed in this hotel many times, I have to say that it is just a wonderful experience. The lobby bar has a very nice selection of drinks. The friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever seen in China are in the Pullman in Huai'an. The classiest place in Huai'an is their executive lounge.
It is attached to a large shopping mall, and there is a 7-11 very close by. Many of the staff speak English well. That is a nice hotel!

When I first arrived at the hotel, there was a lady who was probably Zhang Hui at the front desk. She was very warm and considerate. She also upgraded the room to a 180-degree double-sided floor-to-ceiling window, with a wide view and a clean room. I asked for a wake-up call in advance, which was very user-friendly. It's a great hotel and worth recommending~

I chose to stay at Pullman Hotel both times when I went to Huai'an. The stay experience was great. The lobby was very design-oriented, the rooms were clean and well-equipped, the breakfast was rich in variety, and parking was convenient. Chen Yue at the front desk provided warm and thoughtful service, which was a good travel experience.
