一進酒店大廳味道香香的，前台服務非常好，房間乾淨整潔，定外賣都是機器人給送到房間，小孩子很喜歡。酒店位置也好，樓下就是共享單車停靠點，8路公交車和有軌電車1號線也在附近，出行方便。退房臨走的時候天氣炎熱，前台還主動給了兩瓶礦泉水，非常貼心。

房間很乾凈，前台美女服務盡心盡責，提供了很多有用的小建議，對於來淮安旅遊的人來説，非常暖心，有家的感覺了。下次淮安旅行，繼續星程。
這個地方離淮安的景點都不比較近，非常方便出行。下午退了房，行李可以寄存在前台，保管的很正規，感謝（*^_^*）

經常出差，第一次對一個酒店主動好評，服務跟硬件都不錯，房間的小卡片早晨的時候有被暖到。字確實是手寫的用了心。

房間很大，雙床房是2張1.2米的床。有足夠的空間放置拉桿箱。
衞生間有隔板可以放換洗的衣服，而且淋浴🚿水很大，洗澡很舒服。
6樓的早餐廳提供煮麪，【星程那碗麪】澆頭有鹹菜肉絲等，味道不錯。
性價比高，離景點都不遠，打車坐公交都方便。
打車去淮安東站約 25元。

超級棒的入住體驗
春節後返程，選擇淮安休息一晚，因為有貓主子住店比較困難，酒店方還是很快同意可以入住的，收取了200按金，到店後店面真的很漂亮，很大氣，和價格有些不符，前台小姐姐還給免費升級了房型，並且很貼心的解釋房型是否介意的問題，十分感謝，入住體驗很好我們貓主子非常乖的
