Very nice hotel that accepts foreigners. Has great service and facilities. Has free laundry on the 3rd floor and a nice gym too. The staff was very friendly and the hotel supplies free drinks and snacks in the hotel rooms. Hotel breakfast was very good but has very limited seating area. Hard to find a seat. The room was very spacious and modern. I am a fan of this hotel chain and will definitely book with this hotel again. Thank you!

The worst one I have ever lived in Atour. It rained at night and called to ask where the front desk parking was. We didn’t know where we found the underground parking lot. We couldn’t find the hotel according to the elevator on the sign (no clear sign). We went back to the ground and even there was no light to find the black. It was all mosquitoes and called the front desk. But otherwise, you go out and turn around to find it? ? (It's raining outside or at night) Then I asked a big brother to come down to the underground parking lot to pick it up. Since it's so difficult to find, why don't you find someone to pick it up early? The mood is already very bad here. When I checked in, I felt that the front desk was an inexperienced little girl. I don't know if it is an official Atour employee? I don't want to be embarrassed but the experience is very poor. The bathroom in the room has uncleaned hair. The bedside message note paper is dirty and old and there are traces of previous guests writing and painting that have not been cleaned. Atour's hand-made coffee is not there. I saw the previous comment that the robot delivery is slow. The hotel should focus on improving. The early morning delivery is very fast. At noon, there are also employees who take the initiative to deliver the meal without delay. This is very good. I wish business prosperity. But we have to check out and go to the whole season.
