All staff from front-desk to housekeeping are genuinely nice and immensely helpful, especially Merry from front-desk helped us a lot during our stay and made us could enjoy our trip more comfortably.

酒店不錯，38層以上是客房，可以鳥瞰整個城市，房間設施都比較新，早餐種類稍微少了點，打掃衞生可能是因為5.1滿房有些延遲，酒店周圍交通就餐都很方便，斜對面就有一家文樓，免去了去古鎮文樓排隊的煩惱。

位於市中心，到花街步行可達，據説是淮安最高的樓，可以俯瞰整個淮安的夜景。酒店前台在38樓，有個小哥哥和小姐姐在1樓指引，小姐姐説她之前在前台工作，服務特別好，很喜歡她。
