The environment is first-class, the accommodation conditions are great, and the service is very friendly. The lady at the front desk is very nice. The room is clean and tidy, and it’s a great value. I didn’t expect to spend such a small amount of money to stay in such a high-end hotel. It’s a very value-for-money experience.

你能相信這樣一間五星級酒店沒有電視信號沒有Wi-Fi，房門有縫隙嗎？雖然我訂的是特價房，但是也是這個酒店的其中一間房間，因為他們裝修，部分房間存在沒有電視信號，沒有Wi-Fi，他就把這樣的房間給了特價房，並且沒有提前告知特價房沒有電視信號沒有Wi-Fi，而且房門關上後有那麼大的縫隙，大家可以看照片，這是我第二天在外面敲門時才發現的，可見頭一天晚上是有多大的安全隱患，第二天因為我的投訴給我調換房間了，是新裝修的房間，但是淋浴間洗澡就從門縫直接流到了卧室，由於卧室的瓷磚看不清，使我們從淋浴間出來的時候差點滑倒，照片也拍不出來水流因為有瓷磚有反光，整個畫面就像房間泡水了一樣，作為這樣一間五星級酒店這樣的房間還能賣給顧客嗎？不覺得有損你們五星級酒店的形象嗎？

過年期間預訂，樺甸最早的星級酒店，整體設施夠用。但缺點是過年期間沒有早餐，初二才開始供應。早餐衹供應到九點，之後就開始收餐了。餐廳服務人員的服務意識也不太行，感覺事不關己一樣。

跟朋友一起參加婚禮，入住白雲！説實話，在這麼一個小縣城有這麼一家規模和檔次都成規模的酒店十分出乎意料！入住整體感受説實話超出預期！首先服務看得出來是有培訓和管理的，雖然有些地域特色，房間裝修風格種類多，我們選的商務房，感覺跟麗楓全季比較風格差不多，但是比較成規模，早餐種類夠用，能夠滿足差旅需求，衹要你不老是想着跟凱悦啥的對比是完全可以接受的！總之，值得推薦！

我都沒住過100多的國際酒店，性價比太高了，遼寧去長白山的路上開不動車了，臨時下高速住在了樺甸。這裏離長白山北坡景區還有150公里，住的非常滿意，就是前台小姑娘沒搞明白地理位置，建議我想去長白，不如直接住到延吉去，傻丫頭，延吉比長白還遠呢，害我退完房又查地圖，發現沒錯，又重訂一遍
