The staff was excellent. This hotel is older but once pretty glamorous. We were probably the only westerners there, which was nice. The room was big but weirdly decorated. It had a nice bathroom and good sheets. The bed was a little hard but we slept fine. Our room on the 5th floor had a little balcony. A little worn out but comfortable. Breakfast was 70 baht and only Thai dishes and instant coffee. Still good!

It's really beautiful and the environment is good. We passed by here to rest for one night during our self-driving tour from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. It was hard to find in the alleys when we drove. After navigating for a long time, the city is already small. This hotel is still so good , The price is too good, the view of the place for breakfast is great, we are all discussing how to maintain such a good hotel in this small city, there are not many customers, but maybe the owner has money and will drive it hahaha, go Must live here

You can go there by rickshaw. * The host and the staff are extremely hospitable and friendly. They'll arrange tours for you if you ask and give you a curated itinerary. * The place is complete with high quality amenities and electronic appliances.

(pity that we cannot view Nan river from our room) Good breakfast (but not variety). 990 baht net per room including breakfast for 2 (quite cheap, I think it was a discounted price due to Covid). Worth money spent, I truly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Phitsanulok. 5 stars PS. Don't miss ”Dragon bistro” , this restaurant provide you a great view of Nan river with lived music. Moreover, ”salmon with pesto sauce” here is awesome!

A great place to stay in a very charming Thai city. Spacious, quiet, clean, comfortable. The only very minor negative is that Imperial is not a downtown place, but having in mind that the whole Phitsanulok is so spread around, this is really not something to consider. It was a wonderful experience being there - and when I come back, I will certainly look for the same place first.
