The service is good, the staff is so friendly and helpful. Everything is fine with the hotel. However, one thing I find not very comfortable is the bed mattress and the pillows. They're too soft. Not suitable for people with back pain.
The resort is beautiful. Food is excellent. Staff are very friendly. However the room.doesn't feel like a 5 star resort. It felt a bit cheap to me. And I am not a fan of the desperated bathroom concept.

We reached the resort after a sleepless night and a harrowing airport experience at around 9:00 am, expecting to be told to wait for check-in. To our pleasant surprise, a gentleman (not sure if he was the owner or the manager, but he was definitely hands-on) welcomed us warmly and asked us to have breakfast which would be on the house while they checked if the room was available earlier at no extra cost. This was on Christmas day - peak season. The warm hospitality completely uplifted our spirits and it was what we needed to get over our bad experience. It helped set the tone for our three-day stay. We had booked the suite and it was just wonderful. Fully white with traces of blue, it was truly Santorini themed. The photos here on trip advisor and other booking sites are real. The pool was great and so was the food. The breakfast spread was scrumptious and they had a wide variety. The gentleman also drove us to a beach point nearby where we spent a day just relaxing by the sea. I would strongly recommend this place for travelers looking for the perfect boutique experience. I can't rate them highly enough for their warm hospitality. The only con I thought was kitchen closing at 9 pm, but then Hua Hin's a small town and it's expected. 7/11 is right around the corner for any emergency needs / food requirements.
Came here for a company outing, and the hotel staff made our stay exceptional. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel truly welcomed and well-cared for. Highly recommend for a memorable experience!
I was actually looking forward to my visit at Wora Bura and coming into the resort I was impressed with the beauty of the site. My room was spacious and had a nice little balcony at which I could look at the gardens which are reasonably well maintained though not meticulous. The grounds of the hotel make it all the way up to the beach which is wide and pretty. The pool, similarly, is a very nice pool and the water heated. I thought that I was in for a very pleasant stay where I wouldn't have to go too many other places to have a really nice meal for dinner or a really great buffet breakfast. I was wrong on both counts. My 1st experience being that the restaurant was not opened at all in the evening. I wound up going next door to Lets Sea where not only did they have a good restaurant but a nice choice of alcoholic beverages. The breakfast buffet come at though minimal was even more of a disappointment in that nothing, and I mean nothing, was hot. It is incredulous to me that I can get a lot out of a machine that is lukewarm. The eggs are premade and if you want them even slightly warm they take the pre made fried egg and throw it on a griddle for a little bit which then overcooks it. The warming trees are therefore appearances only, they do not keep anything warm. I finally resorted to ordering an omelet in order to get something hot for breakfast but the omelet came back undercooked. What a disappointment. So, beautiful pool, beautiful beach, rooms that need upgrading and desperately needing a restaurant. If it was a 10 point scale I would probably give them a 4.
Love the spa ,, Miss May at the Spa is very friendly and gentle. Highly recommended Value for money ! The cat at the lobby is so cute (her name is breakfast) meow.. the staff from front to the spa they are so friendly ,, the room is ocean view with reasonable price compared with large chain hotel you can get only garden view with this price.
There is not much in the way of things to complain about. It’s right by the ocean, lovely big swimming pool with friendly staff and a hearty breakfast in the mornings. It’s a very good location, not far from downtown. Great spot!
We have stayed in many places in Hua Hin on multiple visits. Here is what you need to know about Chom View.
Room:
The family rooms are great and spacious with a fridge, microwave, cups, bottle opener, knife, utensils and plates and bowls. I would recommend paying a little extra for ocean view as that has you right on the pool/beach.
Breakfast:
Skip it! Coffee is awful. Selection isn’t great. The breakfast wasn’t good and most things were out an hour before breakfast ended and you had to wait a long time for a refill. With the mini kitchen in the room you are better of buying yogurt and such and eating ok your beach view balcony. If you must have the hotel breakfast we learned that you can order yogurt and scrambled eggs directly from the kitchen.
Beach:
The tide is high in the morning so there is no beach to speak of until about 3pm. After 3pm you have a lovely flat beach to run and play on.
Location:
As frequent visitors to Thailand and motorbike riders the location was fine. Cicada market, Tamarind food Market (only open Thursday-Sunday) and a few other Restaurants are walkable. Otherwise you’ll need to get a taxi/tuk tuk to other sites in Hua Hin which is super easy with a taxi stand right outside the hotel.
Staff:
In the “Land of Smiles” hospitality is usually top notch. At Chom View the staff seemed more aloof. Although it is fair to say we did not engage them much as we know our way around Hua Hin.
Our family of 4 would certainly stay at Chom View again.

HHelloAgainAWe stayed only for one night, because we were on transit. It is a beautiful little home with very clean rooms and an awesome host! We get very good tipps were to go for good food and to see something. Thanks!
PPik SaiSurprised!!! We were staying at the Hyatt Regency Huahin and googling for nearby restaurants to have lunch when we came upon this hotel. The restaurant reviews were good and it was a short drive away so we decided to go there for lunch and checkout the place. A long story short, we decided to book a stay there the next night, we were that impressed. Hardware and software of the hotel is excellent. From hotel staff friendliness and helpfulness to the overall design of the hotel and rooms. It is beachfront and also has a huge swimming pool. The breakfast is worth staying here for alone. It is alacarte but all you can eat....quality and selection was perfect for us. Small portions so you can try different dishes, very well planned by the F&B team which I understand the hotel owners and many of the staff are from the Four Seasons and Sukothai hotels in Bkk so you can imagine the attention to details. My wife and I will definitely be back and highly recommend.
Ssarita sareepukanaThe service staff is very good, there is a parking lot, a swimming pool, a restaurant, delicious breakfast. You can choose to serve food to the front of the room. Location near the market A lot of food to travel that Walking to the sea is very close, very impressed. Impressed with the staff, Uncle security 👍👍👍👍👍🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻❤️❤️ go again.
DDINGXIhow to say? The sheets are like this!
The kitchenware is very clean! The small balcony can dry clothes!
Don't expect the English at the front desk, it basically means nothing. I told my Thai friends to call and speak Thai!
The convenience store in front of the hotel has a lot of food and minibus is very convenient to walk around!
Walk to the beach for ten minutes, the sand is soft and the water items are cheap
However, there was a power outage 2-3 times a day for four days!
There are good and bad, the price is just like this
DdeathracerWe stayed for one night at Norndee while on our journey to Southern Thailand. This review is for a Wednesday checkin, so the bar next door was not playing music at all, as other reviewers have noted loud music till midnight, so perhaps the bar noise issue is only on the weekend? The hotel style overall is contemporary with some thoughtful design elements. Checkin staff were not very engaging, and this continued throughout our stay. Looked like mobile phones were more interesting. The exception was the man on duty early morning preparing the breakfast. He was very friendly. We really liked our room design and soundproofness. The bed was a real king size and was very comfortable, more like soft/firm of Western style compared to the usual Thai hard style. We noticed one of the coat hooks coming out of the wall, but otherwise everything else was in good shape and very clean. 5* for sleep quality. We used the small pool and lounge area. Breakfast was ok
GGuest UserThe hotel environment is very good, it is some distance from the place we are going, the other is good. The reception was very good, we arrived early to give us early check-in Focus, there are window screens, this is very good, I am really afraid of mosquitoes. Forgot to take a picture of the room, only stolen
KKatekzyI am this condotel who have hotel member who have hotel voucher. THIS BOOKING HAD BOOKED UNDER VOUCHER. I requested booking as 2 adults 1 year old infant For KING SIZE BED. STAFF SAID IT WAS FULLY BOOK. I ask then about to upgrade to another room type. THEY SAID SUITE WAS FULLY BOOKED!!! MY ROOM IS DULIXE TWIN TYPE. Honestly I haven't beed here saveral years. (I booked other hotel in huahin). I knew that this hotel had renovated room for a few year. Then I decide to come back. IT WAS SO SHOCK WHEN I POP IN THE ROOM. Is this a room for member? All lighting on bedding area are broken. There Re only main entrance lighing work on. Even dreasing table there should habe 2 light bulbs but there is only one installed. Air-conditional so noisy. I asked them about photo which they are using to promote on internet. Why the room donesn't look like the photo ad? The answer is this is a standard room. However any type of room which they are selling should be ready to serve. I also found that they are insincere about room was sold out. I got the same as advertising photo room as king size bed after flighting with them.
DD3nSome complaints as follows:
- There is no staff stationed here for check in. Have to call them by phone then they will come.
- The parking actually is actually 5 mins walk away by foot. The road side infront of hostel is too narrow to park without blocking traffic. See the map I posted which I marked a cross. Unless you park (marked as circle) at the small alley infront of the local’s house right infront of the hostel. If you are driving. Might be inconvenient.
- The address seems to be incorrect. If you follow it you will past it. See picture how the hostel looks like.
- Room 106 shower is a bit weak, water flow quite bad. Time to change the shower head. Seems blocked.
The good thing is the room is quite clean. And very near to Cicada Market and Tamarind Market (both side by side). Pro tip: eat at Tamarind Market instead, the food choice there is better.
