"Things I thought were good:
1) Breakfast: Good price and good variety.
2) Staff friendliness: Very good. Always smiling and saying hello.
3) Location: Although not beachfront, the hotel provides a golf cart shuttle service to the beach.
4) Room: Spacious and soft king-size bed. Clean and comfortable room. Air conditioning was very cold.
Things that need improvement:
1) There are no lifeguards at the pools. Due to the large number of small children, I didn't see any lifeguards to watch over them. Parents should keep an eye on them at all times.
2) Parking: Few spaces available. If you look for a spot at night, there probably won't be any available. I rented three rooms and we came in two cars, but at night I had to park on the street because there weren't enough spaces.
3) Bathroom stall. Even when closed, water leaks into the bathroom.
4) Slow service at the pool bar."
"This is my second time staying at the Ibis Hua Hin, and I'm still very satisfied. They frequently host pool parties, which creates a lively atmosphere. My only minor gripes are that the room is a bit on the small side, there's no writing desk, and the balcony is quite compact, only fitting two chairs and a small side table."
"Excellent, loved it! I especially appreciated the convenience of the smart wristband/watch, which allowed us to access everything effortlessly. It's truly ideal for families with children, as you can easily head down to the water for a swim or play anytime. The lazy river was also a highlight; it was so relaxing to just float along. The hotel genuinely understands what kids need! There's a dedicated kids' corner where children can pick their own food, and the restaurant even offers a special children's menu, allowing them to order their own meals. Such thoughtful touches! Big thumbs up! Overall, every aspect of the hotel was fantastic.
If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be wonderful to have a more direct or quicker access route to the nearby shopping area. The current walk is a bit long, and frankly, for families like ours, that particular path doesn't feel very safe to use after dark."
"Very good location, close two shopping malls and many restaurants. Parking area big enough. During our stay hotel was full but still enough parking lots."
"I stayed here for two nights and found it to be an excellent value, especially for long-term stays. The room is spacious and designed more like a serviced apartment, with ample storage for clothes and personal items. It was clean and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed and pillows that were just the right size and softness.
The hotel features a large swimming pool, and the reception and staff were consistently friendly and polite. The internet is fast and reliable. However, the working desk is quite short—even my 13-inch laptop barely fits comfortably.
Although there is no beach view, the overall quality and price make this place a great bargain. I did not try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on the food."
"The location is breathtaking, some of the staff are great and even tried to go out of their way and made sure the guest is happy. One of the concierge even dropped me at the nearest convenient shop. However, there is a problem with the room cleanliness and facilities. Check in time was strictly 3pm without flexibility and you can see all the guest gathered at the lobby waiting for the rooms. The bathroom was very dirty, the kettle have no electrical outlet near to it and you have to put it on the floor to use it and the gym equipment are broken and the AC on the gym is also not working. The only great thing about this hotel is the location, the beach bar area and the proximity to the beach.
The hotel needs renovation and has a big potential to be one of the best hotel in Hua Hin. However, the hotel looked neglected and tired."
"A Wonderful Stay!
The hotel was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious with a beautiful view, and the breakfast was delicious with many great options. The location was convenient, and overall, I had a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!"
"Best hotel! The staff were amazing and they made us feel super special ❤️
We came here for my partner's birthday and they were super welcoming
They helped me set up the birthday cake I ordered, upgraded our room which I didn't expect and when we checked out they gave us a goodie bag for our drive back to Bangkok
Breakfast: lots of varieties of food. there was an omelette section and the staff remembered our order which made us feel special since we have specific dietary requirement
Honestly we will stay here again 😁"
"I love this place, huge rooms and pool
The great thing is you have windows that open and you can open your door and get an amazing through breeze
My only negative ( small thing) is the channels on the tv are very spaciously set out over 110 station channels when there is only about 20(?) active.
Just makes for a very tedious channel flick
I’m sure that could be rectified if someone wanted to"

PplaireLove this place! I always come back here whenever I’m in town. It has such a unique vibe—perfect for younger people and even pet-friendly, which is a huge plus. Highly recommend if you're looking for something with character and a chill atmosphere

DDao LaoI want to first off thank all the lovely staff at Maleesa. They were all so kind and sweet. The room with kitchenette was clean, roomy and the balcony is nice too. Bed a little hard. The quality espresso and fresh toast is a must better than nothing and the lounge is clean, nice, and has some views. The location, although in an alley besides from Village Market, can be an issue if you don’t like walking a lot. With a car or motorbike it’s fine. Didn’t try the pool. For the money a solid 8.5 out of 10.

CClurAbsolutely loved this place. It’s a beautifully restored/ preserved colonial hotel, great location.
Classy features such as the wooden staircase, manicured gardens and interesting topiary trees. Rooms have gorgeous balconies all looking out to the sea. Pools were big and clean. Staff very attentive, breakfast selection is great, ranging from kombucha to freshly made smoothies, cold platters, egg and boat noodle stations.
Will definitely go back.
NNeil H.A very nice property that offers all we need when in Hua Hin, very good pools with slides that the little one in our family would not want to stop playing in the pool. Nice beachfront areas. Very easy to access to 2 famous night markets on the weekends. Decent food with good service at the hotel s restaurant.
GGuest UserLuckily, there's no rain that day. Breakfast is great! Lots of food provided! It's worth. but one thing you need to ask for is ”amenity” like toothpaste/toothbrush, cotton bud, sewing kit

Great
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The room with a garden view was absolutely stunning, providing a tranquil and picturesque setting. Unfortunately, our nights were somewhat disrupted by a group of noisy tourists. However, the staff handled the situation with the utmost professionalism and care. They kindly offered to move us to a junior suite, but we chose to remain in our room as we were already settled.
Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. As with all our experiences at Anantara, it did not disappoint and maintained the high standards we have come to expect.

Great
PPPPianoGreat place and nice view at the front of beach, beautiful villa and we are very enjoyable for this staycation, will come again with our family.
TTrelaquixI had a fantastic stay at this villa! The first thing that impressed me was its generous size and ample space. It provided a comfortable and spacious environment that made me feel right at home. The well-equipped kitchen was a pleasant surprise, featuring a large fridge and a convenient microwave, making it easy to store and prepare meals.
The entertainment options were decent. The television in the villa has access to YouTube, which is probably what anyone uses to watch anything these days. They also provide a portable speaker that I use by the poolside to listen to my favourite tunes. It was great to have the flexibility to enjoy my favorite shows and videos during my stay.
One of the highlights of the villa was the delightful pool. With a depth of 1.4 meters, it provided a perfect balance for both relaxing and swimming. The width of the pool was also impressive, allowing me to swim from one end to the other in just a few strokes. It was truly a refreshing and enjoyable experience.
Now, let's talk about breakfast. I must say, their carbonara is an absolute must-try! The quality and taste of the carbonara were on par with some of the best restaurants I've been to. The villa's attention to detail when it comes to their breakfast offerings definitely added an extra touch to my overall experience.
In conclusion, I highly recommend this villa. Its spaciousness, well-equipped amenities, enjoyable pool, and delicious breakfast make it an excellent choice for a memorable and relaxing getaway.
NNat_NatchaI stayed in Room 209, a corner room perfectly positioned right by the beach with a sparkling swimming pool just steps away. The view was breathtaking, the bed exceptionally comfortable, and the room thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. The serene and quiet atmosphere made it a truly relaxing getaway. Every staff member I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. I would be delighted to return for another stay in the future.
MMargarita BlueIt's an affordable beachfront hotel.
However, they didn't offer any complimentary drinking water while we waited to check in. If you wanted water, you had to buy a bottle for 20 baht. We also had a long wait for check-in and only got our room at 3 PM.
I've stayed here multiple times, but this visit, the room wasn't very clean. It felt old, and there were several dead insects on the window. There was no free coffee provided, and for 4 people staying 2 nights, we only received one bar of soap. Some of the towels were so old and worn they were almost falling apart.
The glass door couldn't be locked initially, but after informing the staff, they promptly sent a technician to install a new lock, which was good.
Aside from these issues, everything else was fine. If you can tolerate these minor inconveniences, then you probably won't have a problem staying here.
