We ended up here July 4-6, 2022 since the place we stayed at last time raised their prices and we wanted to be closer to the beach. The room was okay, clean and had a fridge, but our sink & shower didn’t work right and the common area outside wasn’t very well kept. We didn’t do any research ahead of time and didn’t realize the location was right in the middle of a red light district and when the sun went down every shop nearby was either a bar or “massage” parlour trying to get us to come in (not the Guesthouse’s fault of course, so this doesn’t affect my rating). It’s a cheaper place in the middle of all the action if that’s your thing. We decided to head somewhere else after a couple nights.

When you visited us we were 27 months into a pandemic, at this point we were in survival mode, we were one of the few places that never closed a day. We did this by having the lowest prices and cutting costs so that we could attract as many local customers as possible. We had to save on everything, that means some things could have been better, such as the garden, perhaps the bedding was not the latest and new grout in the bathroom should have been done earlier. We love our location in the nightlife area and original Hua Hin town center, but this doesn't suit everyone, totally agree. Fortunately, the tourists returned from October 2022 and we have improved the place bit by bit. We apologize that not everything was perfect during your stay, but for the price we charged, no one was robbed.

The room was very confortable The AC working good The WiFi was perfect The staff was very friendly and helpfull Good location The seafood was very delicious Next time i will stay more longer I realy recommande this place

Great location with lots of lively bars right on the doorstep. It is only a short walk to the beach also Pik is a great friendly hostess who could not do enough for me, good non expensive accommodation with good food.I look forward to going back some day

My favorite place to stay in Hua Hin is this guest house. Fantastic stay July 2022. Pleasant new lady at reception always cheerful and helpful. Nice and clean, short distance to the beach and the night market.
