Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice big room, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the pool was closed during our visit. The beach is a short walk away but access is through a private property who lock the gate when they are closed.

The hotel have a very good location. Very calm area and close to shopping Center.
Room of good quality and clean.
The staff at hotel is very kind and help full, but english speaking could be better for more easy conversation.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the beach. The sunrise on the beach is beautiful. There is a shopping mall very close to the hotel with a large supermarket and many restaurants, making it convenient to eat. There is a swimming pool next to the hotel that is shared with other hotels, and not many people swim there. The breakfast in the hotel is good. There are outdoor tables. It is very comfortable to watch the street view while eating. The room is not too small, and there is a small balcony. It is very comfortable to sit there to smoke, drink and eat takeout. The only drawback is that there is no hairdryer in the room.

Was recommended come to Hau Hin did some research came across this hotel. I cannot praise staff enough so helpful friendly like staying with family. Rooms are spacious clean fresh water everyday beds are made fresh towels maid is wonderful Staff are helpful with tips on where visit how to get around Walking distance to street food market soi 88, out back of there is a ***** of music bars and bands, more bars near Hilton hotel Beach is 2 min walk from hotel or bus for 15baht to khao takiab beach which is a smaller bay and calmer water Communication was excellent as I had lot questions from England when I booked and all answered within 24 hours We even asked to stay extra 2 nights and late check out all was done efficiently. We will most definitely be back next jan 26
