I like the hotel I stayed for a night while waiting for my main hotel at the Hilton. Overall I like it staff are always smiling ang accommodating.

I felt discriminated by people in the hotel that used a child to create some implications which led to much problems and discomfort leading to a ruined hotel experience. However this occurred too many times.

The rooms aren't bad, but the location is a bit far from downtown Hua Hin and about 2 km from the coast.
Cha-Ba Place is right across from a cheap and tasty afternoon and night market. The Kelys are cute, but the pool is quite small and not very clean. The rooms facing the interior are the quietest, and they overlook the pool. It's best to choose rooms with a double bed because the ones with a queen-size bed smell musty. Coffee sachets (very sweet) are available at reception from 7 to 10 a.m., included in the room rate. Good value for money.

The receptionist was good. There was a swimming pool, the room was clean, there was a water heater, a refrigerator, and the air conditioner was very cold. I didn't think that at this price I would get such facilities. The location is near a convenience store, near the market, the bed is soft. The disadvantage is that the stairs are quite steep. The elderly or children have to be careful. But the rest is good for the price. If I have a chance, I will go again.
