Perfect hotel for trip in hua hin. All restaurants and stores around the hotel. Near by the beach. Rooms and toilets are clean. Good and friendly staff. The hotel have bar and restaurant downstairs. Nice swimming pool also. Recommended for everyone visiting hua hin.

I had a clean room with a sea and pool view. The rooms are cleaned every 2nd day. The beach is about 400 m away.

Stayed for one night. It was one night too many. The rate posted outside the hotel is 499 baht. They asked for 500 baht. OK, it's only 1 baht, but I would prefer to have been asked for 499 and paid 500 and told them to forget the 1 baht. I was on the third floor. The floor was dark, no lights. I had to trace my finger over the embossed room numbers to find my room. There is only 1 ceiling light in the room. It didn't work. I reported it to reception but they didn't even write it down. I had to use the light from the bathroom. And the hot shower didn't work either. I reported it, same result. There is no bedding to speak of, just a small, very thin blanket. And the airco was very noisy.

Hotel was spot on, not far away from the train station and very close to the beach. Ideal location- straight outside room there are bars and massage spots , lovely food places and a 7/11 👍🏻 Hotel staff are friendly and place is clean. free bottles of water as well as lotions in bathroom, the rooms are clean and spacious with a nice double bed. Round the corner there is a pool tucked away which didn't get busy so was nice to go on my own. Will deffo recommend and will return Total bargain for 399 baht

It got off to a bad start: 1st very noisy night, loud music from the bar opposite until 2 am.
After discussion we managed to change rooms and the following nights were calm
Then we come to have breakfast which was included in the price of the room and nothing had to be done: we did not get breakfast, we had to go outside
The manager explained that it was an error on the booking site….
The hotel is clean, very well located, near the beach, the night market, the train station, small shops and a shopping center a little further. Everything is easily done on foot
The pool is very nice
Despite the disappointment of the breakfast and the first noisy night, I will return with pleasure.
