Very kid friendly environment. The best hotel for entry vana waterpark. My child love kids club here so much but you need to have sock for entry kids club.

I would count this as one of the best hotels that I have stayed in Thailand, from Bangkok to Khao Yai, to Pattaya, Phuket, Koh Chang and Kanchanaburi. This hotel beats even some of the five-star hotels in terms of amenities for the kids that I have experienced in BKK and Khao Yai. This hotel comes with a great kids’ room (with Gran Turismo) and indoor playground, great views from the sky deck and bar(see pictures), and the most spectacular water park (Vana Nava). The rooms were very popular and easily sold out, so we couldn’t book a larger or family-friendly room beyond the standard room. What impressed us most was the spectacular spread and quality of breakfast buffet. Sadly, We didn’t manage to try the dinner buffet but it looks very good. It was serendipitous that we decided to eat lunch in the hotel and we were very impressed. Beyond the excellent food, the hotel has kids-eat-free policy and so, we didn’t have to pay for our 2 kids at all. The kid’s menu was honestly very impressive — we ordered the Japanese bento set and it was absolutely awesome and large in portion size (comes complementary with dessert and drinks). Omg, kids loved their meals so much…
Basically, this hotel provides a one-stop service for the guests — you literally have whatever entertainment you need within the hotel premises that you could just be a lazy guest (with family) to just chill… We will definitely come back again to this popular spot.

Well designed modern hotel with access to Vana Nava Park included. Very clean room common areas with lots of amenities. Breakfast offer is good: good variety and quality. We had a comfortable experience and good time. Will definitely go back once next time in Hua Hin.

The location is bit far from the city but they have shuttle bus / van scheduled and arranged
The best attraction is the free access of water park which is well design for kids and families, not very crowded which allow us to enjoy all the facilities without the rush

The Best Holiday ever!!
The location was great due to the fact that we have the whole family together ; grandparents, parents and kids. The place suits for all ages. There's so many facilities to explore.
The service was great, except during the Check-in that took a bit too long. The hotel opened for the Check-in at 15.00 and we lined up, waited and finished at 15.45, aside from that everything was perfectly well serviced. (Especially at the rooftop bar)
The Breakfast was amazingly good. There're 3 rounds of breakfast, you can choose and book when you Check-in. There're variety of food, they're all taste amazing, spare sometimes for your amazing breakfast.

Great pool , nice water park , great service . Enjoyed the pool and got sunburn since I enjoyed soaking myself in the water too much .
