Sierra Pool Villa Hua Hin 102

This was the worst hotel/villa that I ever experienced in my life! The private swimming pool was terribly dirty which we could not swim. The reason that we booked villa is to swim in the private pool and this made our trip to Hua Hin lost a lot of pleasure. At around 7pm we would like to take shower and we found that there was no hot water in all the bathrooms during bathing. The kid was so cold using cold water in bathing and later on even running out of tape water. We called the host service and took them 45 minutes coming to the villa and after almost 2 hours he said that only one bathroom can be used (we are in group of 7 travellers). Some travellers could not bath at night and trying to do it in the morning but no hot water again. We tried to work with the host for the solution and she said that it is only small problem and only willing to compensate us for THB1000. This is just about 12% of the cost that we have paid. With these fundamental issues this compensation does not tell the magnitude of the problems that we experienced. I strongly suggested not to let this facility to be put on all platforms so no other guests would be badly treated like my experience.
