The Hotel is beautiful with lovely well maintained grounds positioned on the sea front. It is certainly of a standard that is hard to beat. The staff have obviously been very well picked to provide a good friendly service throughout the hotel. Breakfast was varied and to a high standard with both western and Thai food and the restaurant was positioned by the pool on the sea front. There are several bars in the grounds and a fully furnished gym with dressing rooms, lockers and shower facilities. There are bungalows on the premises plus larger blocks with very well presented modern rooms with excellent showers and good quality wash products. There is also a nice balcony complete with 2 chairs and table. The beds are comfortable with good linen and the lovely thick towels were changed twice daily. Air conditioning was good also and for once there was no problem with the door keys which you find in some hotels. The lifts were quick which was good as we were on the 6th floor. The pool area has many comfortable sun loungers of different types and seats which are also on the grass plus positioned around the pool. The pool itself however was not as large as it first appeared to be. You need to enter the pool very carefully as there are no hand rails and the steps are slippy. Half of the pool is taken up by the steps so there is only half to actually swim in. There are 3 steps then a gap of 3 feet so you think you have reached the bottom but then more steps which are hard to see as the tiles are all blue. This is a fantastic Hotel however and we will certainly be returning.

We love this hotel and always return. The receptionists and other staff are always welcoming. The building is beautifully laid out and very tastefully decorated. We love in particular the wooden balustrades and furniture. The rooms are sufficiently spacious and amply furnished and cleanliness is clearly a priority. The hotel's location, close to the main malls, is also a big plus not to mention its onsite parking and lovely swimming pool. What more can one ask for the price?

The Lapa has a quite unique location, right next to the new BluPort mall. Free parking in front of the hotel. The rooms are amazing, murals on the walls, brightly coloured tiles in the very modern bathroom. Showers tall with lots of space. Very comfortable beds, fridge and safe deposit box in the room. A kettle with coffee and tea provided. It's a really cozy room, with a sitting area at the window. Very clean and freshly painted. Breakfast was good, nice extra is freshly blended fruit juice, which you can chose at a little stall. This is a pet friendly hotel, so we met people travelling with their cats and a couple who brought 2 Yorkshire terriers. Unfortunately they yapped for while whilst the owners went for dinner, but all quiet at night 😊 A really nice place to stay, if you have a car it's not far from the beach or the Cicada Market.

I’m only giving this hotel 3 stars. Which might seem harsh. The staff are friendly and helpful apart from the barman on the rooftop. The rooms are clean and tidy and modern, the room I stayed in was low down and had a dingy feel to it, no view of anything other than the other the hotel facing me, with no balcony it gives you a claustrophobic feel and I was pretty keen not to spend to much time in the room, considering the hotel was empty it might have been a smart thing to do, give me a better room! There’s no way I’d stay there again after that. The location isn’t that close to the main attractions, this is why It’s not as expensive as some of the other resorts. It’s not miles away but on the edge of town, 15 min ride in a car, as opposed to walking distance that the other resorts offer and let’s face transportation isn’t expensive, so this may not be a problem for some people. Now the complimentary drink they offer a glass of pineapple juice from the carton poured in a shot glass. I have to mention this because it’s such a joke, why even offer a free drink if this is what it is? You’d have to be Incredibly dumb to think this is a great idea to give your guests. It’s a insult to people staying at the hotel, don’t offer it to them it’s a embarrassment to the hotel and reflection of intelligence’s of who’s running the place. To Summarise it’s not the worst Hotel you’ll ever stay by no means but just silly little things they could improve which would make a world of difference. I will not be back again.

I would count this as one of the best hotels that I have stayed in Thailand, from Bangkok to Khao Yai, to Pattaya, Phuket, Koh Chang and Kanchanaburi. This hotel beats even some of the five-star hotels in terms of amenities for the kids that I have experienced in BKK and Khao Yai. This hotel comes with a great kids’ room (with Gran Turismo) and indoor playground, great views from the sky deck and bar(see pictures), and the most spectacular water park (Vana Nava). The rooms were very popular and easily sold out, so we couldn’t book a larger or family-friendly room beyond the standard room. What impressed us most was the spectacular spread and quality of breakfast buffet. Sadly, We didn’t manage to try the dinner buffet but it looks very good. It was serendipitous that we decided to eat lunch in the hotel and we were very impressed. Beyond the excellent food, the hotel has kids-eat-free policy and so, we didn’t have to pay for our 2 kids at all. The kid’s menu was honestly very impressive — we ordered the Japanese bento set and it was absolutely awesome and large in portion size (comes complementary with dessert and drinks). Omg, kids loved their meals so much…
Basically, this hotel provides a one-stop service for the guests — you literally have whatever entertainment you need within the hotel premises that you could just be a lazy guest (with family) to just chill… We will definitely come back again to this popular spot.

The hotel is nice , beds super comfortable with comfy pillows, ac works well , hot water on demand breakfast was really good , Only down side is wifi does not work well , and you have to have transportation, not close to anything in town , if they had free shuttle service a few times a day this would have been a 5 star hotel , the pool is nice as well not big but does the trick , there is massage place down stairs and the women that own gives amazing massages , there is nail place as well and the owner does a nice job but she is very slow , there is a coin laundry as well with lots of machines and 1 dryer , that was super handy , there are restaurants near by that you can walk to , we found a place called mammas which on Friday nights has a Europe buffet the food was really good and the cost was200 bhat per person well worth it , overall this hotel needs to improve there wifi , and offer free shuttle service and you have a 5 star hotel , Enjoy

SSonnyThe breakfast here was excellent with a wide variety of selections of decent quality and a fresh juice station. The butlers were nice and friendly. Plenty of amenities were available.
However even at what appears to be half occupancy rate at the property, there were noisy and littering guests around the relatively small property. The breakfast restaurant also got quite busy at 9am.
The villas themselves are relatively well maintained, but there were rusty vent covers in the restrooms. The rooms were spacious but they offered no view. Bedrooms either had no windows or they faced walls about 6 feet away.
Dinner service was slightly intrusive as we were asked 3 separate times how our dinner went. Our dishes were hastily collected and were asked to help pass finished dishes even though we've already asked for the check.
The staff were nice and the breakfast was good but overall we didn't think the stay matched their ask and the experience they intended to provide.
There are other luxury properties in the area provide oceanview villas and better services for the same or less. The management needs to charge less, or get rid of the glaring shortcomings.

KKerry Sid’sWhen booking the Anantara we were expecting something a little more luxurious. A few things just stopped it from being that.
The grounds are lovely, well kept and the staff were pleasant. Food in the restaurants was good. Breakfast had a nice, big selection but was so busy after 8:30am. It was also quite cramped and unorganized if it rained.
We found it very odd that we had to pay for drinks/food each time, rather than just paying a bill at the end. We walked out of the bar one night after signing the bill and giving our room number, only to be called up and then chased by a waitress to have us pay. Apparently we didn’t have ‘credit’ on our room. Never had to do that before.
The room was nice and spacious but was quite damp. It smelt a bit off when we first walked in.
The beach area wasn’t really a beach, which was a shame. You can’t walk along it. There’s just a small raised area with some Sun loungers beside the sea. The pool area was lovely!
Location wise it’s a bit out of town so you’d need to hire a motorcycle or get taxi’s to go to the main beach, or markets.
I had high hopes, but it just didn’t live up to expectations. For what we paid, and what we got, I think it’s quite expensive.

GGuest UserLes chambres sont très agréables, grandes et la literie est excellente. La piscine de la chambre est sympa mais l’eau un peu fraîche pour en profiter pleinement. Dans les chambres proches de la réception on entend la circulation. Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec un grand choix de plats européens et asiatiques. Le personnel est au petit soin et vraiment très agréable. Cicada market et les zones un peu sympas sont à 20-25 mn de marche ou 5 mn de taxi (3-5€ sur Grab). Pour déjeuner ou dîner il y a pleins de restaurants sympas, pas chers et bons à proximité (de 5 à 25€ par personne selon le restaurant et ce qu’on y mange). La zone commune plage/piscine et le restaurant est très petite et nécessite un gros travail de maintenance et d’embellissement pour être remis à un niveau correct. La plage est immense et très sympa pour les promenades. Attention la mer est assez remuante quand il y a du vent (quasiment tous les jours en décembre) et il faut faire attention aux méduses. Bref l’hôtel est sympa mais à mon avis surévalué car il a besoin d’une bonne remise en état et décoration de la zone piscine/restaurant. C’est maximum un 4 étoiles.

Pool Access is different in front of the balcony, there is a seating area, aside from the space to have a walking area into the pool. It is quite safe for families with young children and quiet for couples. Or people who want Private relaxation The first part of the room is a wardrobe, mini bar corner, tea and coffee. The sliding door is closed and open between the bedrooms. to increase privacy The bedroom is decorated in a comfortable color tones to relax. At the end of the patio, there is a TV, a living sofa and a work desk. and the walkway to the pool

GGuest UserI am very impressed. When I arrived at the accommodation, it was very beautiful, quiet, lots of trees and flowers. There are many photo angles. There is a restaurant next to it. The building with a beautiful swimming pool, the 7th floor room is a very beautiful view, open the door to blow the wind well. There is no need to turn on the air conditioner, the TV is very big, you can watch the internet. Separate bathroom, dry and wet There are both really complete.

PPPZ876A fully private type villa type resort built on a gentle slope at the foot of a small hill (with a large rock wall suitable for the name of Hua Hin). Quietness that doesn't seem to be 15 minutes from the central town of Hua Hin. It has a large pool enough to swim in all rooms in a fully individual building and a rooftop deck with a wide 々. From the deck, the sea ahead can be seen from about 2 ㎞. Although various facilities are not substantial like large resorts, it is good to relax in the room. COVID-19 From the viewpoint of countermeasures, it is safe because there are few opportunities to contact others compared to ordinary hotels. There are cottages in the resort, so there are labyrinths like a maze, but it was a good jogging course for me. Only one restaurant and bar is standard level of ４ star resort in Thailand. There is also a large shared pool next to the restaurant. The movement in the resort is not much to walk, but if you call, a free golf cart will come to pick you up. Even in the smallest type of one bedroom (155 m2) I stayed this time, it is a splendid single building with a large living room and kitchen cherry dining space. There were also refrigerator sink tableware, but there were no microwave oven, stove, knife and mana plates. My house brought color 々 purchase at the shopping center in Hua Hin. The bathroom was large (double bowl) and the bathtub and shower were separate 々, and both hot water was plentiful (it was Thailand, but it was not poor water). There were two TVs, and the channel did not check, but it was a smart television, so we spent watching Netflex with a personal computer. You can access taxis from the center of Huwahin, but as mentioned above, the facilities are limited, so if you stay multiple nights, you can rent a car or rent a bike for visiting the center of Huwahin and surrounding tourist destinations I want a foot to move by myself. I visited by car because I live in Bangkok. The whole resort is surrounded by a raft and there is a 24-hour guard, so there is no security concern, including parking. English is not fluent, but the menu and various explanations are also written in English, but generally not a resort for travelers from overseas The customer layer is also centered on the small rich Thailand in Bangkok, and the feeling that there is a Thailand person with the Thailand person is less 々. In addition, this resort seems to have been 1 － 2 years since it opened, but the name seems to have been changed once.

GGuest UserBooked Elegancy last minute for the New Year holiday. Price was right as most places were at a premium. Wasn’t sure what to expect. The room was large with a separate kitchenette area, large bathroom, and very large bedroom space. Also had a large balcony overlooking the pool. The pool was fantastic with plenty of seating options. It is a small resort so was nice having only a few other people at the pool at any given time. Service was great. The manager is only one of two people working there but he made a 7-11 run for us and also dropped me at a location when I was unable to book a taxi on new year day. There is no on site restaurant so you’ll need to go out or order delivery which for me was not an issue. Location is the only downside. While it is not out in the middle of nowhere it is not convenient for walking. 20 minutes to 7-11. 25 minutes to the beach. No nearby restaurants. That being said I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. So if you’re looking for a quiet retreat or extended stay it checks all the boxes. There were two families there at the time who booked four rooms for an entire month and were cooking most of their meals in the outdoor kitchen area everyday.

SSai WThe hotel is old, which some may not like it, but we enjoyed staying here. It is located very close to the beach and two weekend night markets, which is very convenient for visitors. Also, this part of the beach is less crowded with people so it is peacful and relaxing. Service is okay as the staffs are friendly. The only issue we had is everything here are old, such as AC making noises which I found very annyoying when I tried to sleep. Plus, the walls are thin. Overall, it was worth staying here.
