Newly opened and cute design. The room is spacious with good quality mattress, great water pressure and beautiful decors. Everything in the room works well except for the bathroom design which needs immediate improvement. You cannot take a shower without making the whole floor wet (my room is superior type). I put a towel to block the water but this cannot be a permanent solution. Secondly, the bathroom wall is made of glass which looks modern but you cannot use the toilet without waking the other person in the middle of the night. Many people complains about the size of the swimming pool and common facilities but I know from the start it's a very small hotel so...The bar and bar rooftop area is a great place to hang with view of the sea. Breakfast is good compared to the price you pay. However, the reason I give it 3 stars only is the service, or lack of, at the restaurant during dinner time which is the worst I've ever experienced. There's like one lady minding the whole place and of course she never had time to come by to take our orders, check what we need or collect our plates or even get us the bill. My husband had to get up from the table 4-5 times during one dinner to go ask her for any kind of service. No need to say how slow the food was served. The wait and all wouldn't be so bad if there were some sorts of communications or apologies but I feel they just simply didn't care. That being said all the staff are very friendly. The 24 hours stay is a good concept but we were not informed during check in we needed to make a request in advance for check out time later than noon. Locationwise, there's nothing much in walking distance only 1-2 local food joints and one temple. Convinient stores are about 900 meters away on the main road. There's no beach.

We really enjoyed staying here, the service was excellent, very clean room with complimentary drinks in the fridge. It has a really nice pool area that is mainly covered and has a large opening to view the area. The Market Plaza is a short walk from the hotel along with many food options nearby. The beach is about 5-10 minutes walk depending on how quickly one can walk. Friendly staff, parking is limited but this isn't a big hotel but very quaint. Definitely recommend staying here 5 plus ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our recent stay at Sheraton Resort and Spa Huahin was absolutely exceptional. We checked in on July 24 and stayed for three nights and four days. The entire experience was smooth and amazing, as it always is when we visit. The outstanding service we received ensured that we will make this an annual sister trip. Every department, from the bell boys who collected our bags to the front desk staff who facilitated check-in and check-out, was incredibly helpful. In particular, K. Orijin demonstrated great kindness and a service-oriented mindset. During our stay, only one restaurant, Luna Lanai, was open on weekdays. However, all three of our meals - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - were enjoyed there, and the food and beverage team never failed to impress. They were incredibly accommodating, even going so far as to ask the chef to prepare meals not on the menu based on our preferences. We would like to extend our gratitude to the entire F&B team for taking such good care of us and making us feel like royalty. It is because of their dedication and exceptional service that we have decided to make this an annual tradition, spending our sisters' trip at this beautiful hotel. A special thank you goes to Chef A, Sunee, Oh, Dom, Noom, and the SV team consisting of Surat, Alex, Manfa, Yodsanon, and Bam. Each of them played a significant role in making our meals outstanding. Our stay was made even more memorable as we were able to celebrate my sister's birthday and anniversary simultaneously. This hotel is everything the reviews say it is. Truly a five-star experience. The staff is outstanding! Always ready to assist. Housekeeping is outstanding and always on top of all details. The room was right next to one of the pools, as is the configuration throughout the property. It was wonderful to walk out of the patio door and feel the natural beauty of the outdoor areas, and lay on the large, cushy lounge chair in your private space. The breakfast buffet is as good as I’ve experienced in Asia. Beautiful setting. So many selections for whatever the pallet. Very fresh and plentiful. The pastries and bread are made right there, and they have a wonderful little pastry shop for retail customers. The fruits were amazing, and you can make your own fruit/vegetable drink. The theme here is just ask, and they will accommodate. A small, boutique style hotel. Just amazing.

Check in was fast . We like the vibe around the hotel.The location is convenient to walk to the night market and eateries. The room that we stayed in was spacious ,well maintained and the design is modern. Breakfast was basic and good spread of Asian food with bread,cereals etc.

Returning yet again, have been staying here for over 10 years, missed 2021 due to COVID19 regulations. Very spacious hotel in a beautiful setting, perhaps slightly worn around the edges but the pool and gardens are immaculately kept. Spacious room overlooking the pool and beach. The entrance lobby is stunning with seating areas to relax. The village nearby is struggling since covid and we try and patronise it as much as we can. The local family run restaurants serve traditional Thai cuisine at extremely reasonable prices. The hotel is also conveniently located for Hua Hin and Cha Am easily accessible by taxi. We will definitely return.

The location of the hotel is very good. There are large shopping malls and seafood street night markets nearby. There is a Thai chef at the door. There is a Western restaurant in the hotel. Free parking in a large parking lot. There is an indoor swimming pool on the third floor of the hotel. You are not afraid of being tanned by the sun. The indoor facilities are also very good. New, the room is relatively small, cost-effective, will come again next time!

Best Western Plus Carapace Hotel Hua Hin is located at Khao Tao Beach, good location, convenient transportation. Best Western Plus Carapace Hotel Hua Hin is a recently opened hotel. I must say that this place is a very responsive. For family lines, groups of friends and people with small pets Because there are 380 rooms, divided into 10 Room Types and there is also a children and adults water park, a beachfront pool and a beach cafe. Meet the needs of all types of customers. This time, I stayed at the Deluxe Pool Terrace, a room on the ground floor of the building. This room is similar. Pool Access is different in front of the balcony, there is a seating area, aside from the space to have a walking area into the pool. It is quite safe for families with young children and quiet for couples. Or people who want Private relaxation The first part of the room is a wardrobe, mini bar corner, tea and coffee. The sliding door is closed and open between the bedrooms. to increase privacy The bedroom is decorated in a comfortable color tones to relax. At the end of the patio, there is a TV, a living sofa and a work desk. and the walkway to the pool

The Hotel is beautiful with lovely well maintained grounds positioned on the sea front. It is certainly of a standard that is hard to beat. The staff have obviously been very well picked to provide a good friendly service throughout the hotel. Breakfast was varied and to a high standard with both western and Thai food and the restaurant was positioned by the pool on the sea front. There are several bars in the grounds and a fully furnished gym with dressing rooms, lockers and shower facilities. There are bungalows on the premises plus larger blocks with very well presented modern rooms with excellent showers and good quality wash products. There is also a nice balcony complete with 2 chairs and table. The beds are comfortable with good linen and the lovely thick towels were changed twice daily. Air conditioning was good also and for once there was no problem with the door keys which you find in some hotels. The lifts were quick which was good as we were on the 6th floor. The pool area has many comfortable sun loungers of different types and seats which are also on the grass plus positioned around the pool. The pool itself however was not as large as it first appeared to be. You need to enter the pool very carefully as there are no hand rails and the steps are slippy. Half of the pool is taken up by the steps so there is only half to actually swim in. There are 3 steps then a gap of 3 feet so you think you have reached the bottom but then more steps which are hard to see as the tiles are all blue. This is a fantastic Hotel however and we will certainly be returning.

My wife and I are retired full time travelers. This is a quiet, boutique resort that used to be a six senses. It’s about 30 ish min south of Hua Hin. Although ocean side, not a beach resort, there is a sea wall and road Oceanside. That said, it’s quaint, the villas are nicely appointed, the villa pool, in our case a 2 br villa suite, was quite large, clean, extremely private. It was an extremely great place to decompress from Bangkok and large time change. Highly suggest going to praya Nakhon cave, truly spectacular. Big call out to a local restaurant, that is off the path, but a quick tuk tuk away, aptly called “very good” restaurant. They are being humble, it’s great, and extremely reasonable. Go. They will come fetch you there and back just to eat there. 5 min away. Resort was less than half capacity, main pool was empty yet didn’t go due to quality and size of villa pool. Great treatment as titanium. Not all that much to do locally, but a worthy few day stay. In our case 5 days and we were quite happy with it. Thank you to all staff, amazing hospitality and graciousness. Gym, small but adequate, didn’t ever see anyone in there but us. Breakfast buffet was always very fresh, good in size, not huge but again, small resort and half capacity. We were very satisfied overall.
