A good hotel for family! There is a water park that is free for hotel guests. A kids club for both young and older kids. Playground nitendo switch PS5. Daily buffet breakfast is awesome big spread that changes everyday. Highly recommend for anyone that has kids.

Disappointing Experience – outdated Information & Poor Maintenance I had an unhappy experience at this resort and frustrated by the beachside pool is already removed. 1. About Beachside Pool & Shuttle Service One of the main reasons I booked this resort was the beachside pool and restaurant, with a shuttle service to access them. It is published by many influencer and most of the video at YouTube. However, when the day we want to visit the beachside pool, hotel still arranged a shuttle to the beach, but upon arrival, we realized there was no pool. This caused a major inconvenience because without the pool, we had nowhere to stay comfortably, and calling a shuttle back was extremely difficult. We were stranded at the beach and had to rely on a nearby café to help us contact the hotel for pickup. This was a frustrating and stressful experience. And during standing at the beachside and shocked that there are no pool, we call back to the hotel by the help of cafe staff. We were told that the pool had been removed last year! There was absolutely no notice about this on the booking site or even on the hotel’s official website. 2. Severe Ant Infestation in the Room The room had a serious ant problem, with ants crawling on the walls. I reported this in the afternoon, and housekeeping came to clean, but by night, the ants came back. I requested a room change, but since my parents were in the neighboring room, they could only offer a room in a different building, which was inconvenient. As a result, I had to endure the issue for another night before changing rooms the next day. 3. I change to a new room facing the Main Street in the last day due to ant. However, another issue happened since that room is closest to the event hall. And during the Friday night I Stay, Dole is having an annual dinner here. My room can hear clearly the base from the speaker. It end about 2300 and finally my kid can fall to sleep. Overall, this was a disappointing stay. Their should be notice and announcement about the poolside bar had been removed. I trust this is one of the main attraction for many from watching Facebook or blogger. For the poor room maintenance made (ant issue) the experience is frustrating. It seems only happened on the several room (or only the room I stay?). There are numerous of ant climbing across the wall, the pic attached is not showing the actual disaster and i had taken video for record. However, the service and professional level of all the front desk staff is excellent. They try the best to help and solve my issue, with patient and kindness. Big thanks to them.

I had an amazing stay. The hotel staff is very warm and welcoming. The breakfast was great, the location is perfectly close to a lot of places. The bar had happy hour twice a day 😉 which was great 👍! I'll definitely book again soon ☺️!

My stay at the Marriott Hua Hin was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and luxurious amenities. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff always ready to assist. The pool area was a highlight and plenty of loungers for relaxation. The hotel's direct beach access was convenient, and the on-site restaurants provided excellent dining choices. Overall, the Marriott Hua Hin delivers a perfect mix of luxury and comfort, making it ideal for me. I would highly recommend it for a memorable getaway.

I loved it! Check in was done quickly! Wrote a comment prior to my trip and told them I was doing a birthday getaway! And they did a little surprise with the deco in the room. That was sweet! I love the beach front, and the slides in the pool! Pretty fun and chill. Room was big and nice Breakfast was great!

I recently stayed at The Standard Hotel in Hua Hin with my husband and daughter, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, which creates a refreshing atmosphere perfect for a relaxing holiday. The abundant trees provide numerous beautiful photography spots, and the magnificent tree at the center of the hotel serves as a lovely symbol of the place. The swimming pool, while medium-sized, is just right for spending quality time with family. One of the standout features was the impressive breakfast. The staff exhibited excellent service, and I appreciated the option to order eggs; they served them fresh at our table. However, I would suggest that the front desk communicate better with housekeeping. We were provided with only two towels for our stay, which was a bit inconvenient for three people. Also, note that breakfast for children is priced at 400 baht, which you can pay at check-out. On a positive note, there is plenty of parking available, and the hotel is both kid-friendly and pet-friendly. Overall, I highly recommend The Standard Hotel for a great family getaway!

The resort is beautiful. Food is excellent. Staff are very friendly. However the room.doesn't feel like a 5 star resort. It felt a bit cheap to me. And I am not a fan of the desperated bathroom concept.

Got upgraded as the hotel is undergoing renovation. Spacious room, two balconies, quite windy, but good vibe at the poolside, listening to the waves at high tide is therapeutic. Also easy to walk around without a car.

The hotel is in a good location, conveniently close to the night market, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. However, we encountered an issue with an unpleasant smell in the hotel. Unfortunately, the duty manager's handling of our complaint was unprofessional and left us dissatisfied with the service provided. While the overall experience had its positives, this aspect could be improved to ensure a better stay for future.
