Decent room and bathroom
Breakfast is not great but not terrible
The receptionist speaks English well
When I entered the room, AC was turned off, so I waited for 10mins for my room to get comfortably cool

Fantastic hotel location, nearby is city center and has lots of shops to browse through. The room was clean and comfortable, the space was well utilised.
Some improvement on soundproof: inside my room, I can hear the voice of my neighbour talking and the sound of those people ringing other room’s doorbell.

Hotel location is very close to Hsinchu Train Station. Room was quite spacious and hotel provide free coffee/tea at their lobby. Hotel staffs were very friendly too.

Too few digital channels
There are also a bunch of videos from Mainland China channels (not good to watch), all of which are old videos.
Fortunately, there is YouTube to watch😁
Fortunately 😅 the breakfast is really rich and varied and quite delicious.
The bed is quite comfortable, but the soundproofing is not very good and there are a lot of noises
Personally, I suggest that the shower space in the bathroom should be separated from wet and dry areas. In the shower area, only half of the shower space is separated from dry and wet areas, and the other half is left open for water to escape.
Everything else is pretty good👍
