本次是為了出差而預訂的飯店,入住後飯店房間意想不到的寬敞與安靜,櫃檯人員細心的服務和引導停車,讓人感覺賓至如歸.早餐更是應有盡有.CP值很高,大推!

馬桶沖水嚴重不夠力😄，房間算乾淨整潔，無對外窗灰塵多，飯店有提供空氣清淨機，早餐口味算不錯，飯店外面路邊停車，要非常小心，早上整個鳥屎💩，飯店的停車場難停。

假日時間入住 每人平均約 1000元內住宿含自助早餐有肉有菜，簡易中西式，也有咖啡， 地點離北新竹火車站不遠步行約5到10分鐘可以抵達。大廳寬敞的，一樓有小型的飲水機可以選擇冷熱水或冰水 這點晚間宵夜泡泡麵或者是喜歡喝冰水都還蠻不錯的，畢竟熱水壺真的去使用的機率還是偏少。但該飯店也有附贈的快煮壺設備 電視可以看YouTube或Disney的，如果輸入會員要記得登出。房間有可打開的對外窗，感覺乾淨，沒有摸到窗戶，床頭或桌面有灰塵，大小普通床剛好遇到一軟一硬，朋友個別有喜好，都睡的愉快，空調真的有冷！熱水熱得很快！ 美中不足的地方應該是飯店附的拖鞋，遇到一批老舊連續更換了數雙才得到完善的飯店拖鞋。 客服人員都很貼心可以立即回應需求，並且在 當日或隔日如果要到附近旅遊，都能夠去提前放行李或者是退房時再藉放行，李基本上沒有什麼好挑剔的，不過飯店本身確實部分陳舊一些，氣味敏感者，可能要一段時間適應。

原來服務人員的態度！會影響一天的心情，原因！因貴飯店無法停大型休旅車！所以服務人員（晚班的小姐告知我們另找停車場！會補貼200）隔天退房時！早班的男服務員！詢問他車子補助的情況！因為那個停車場是用悠遊卡結帳（只有柵欄收費沒單據、我們並不熟）詢問他如何辦理！他最後回！那你把車開過來、錢就給你
那個愛搭不理的態度！我當下也不想理不想回他、開車就走了！我們缺的不是那200是一種旅遊的心情！
