The largest hotel in Zhubei area of Hsinchu, divided into two buildings: east and west. The equipment is high-end and the bed is very comfortable. It is also a hotel frequently visited by foreign companies in the Zhuke area for business trips. Laoganbei Roast Pork is also here The shower gel and conditioner are so useful that I bought a few extra jars for my own use.

Amazing safari resort. Awesome animal experiences in the resort - especially with capybaras and meerkats. Close proximity to theme park. Amazing safari experience rides in the theme park. Located far from other amenities. Food in the resort is basic, have to travel out for more variety of food. Resort receptionists are very helpful in answering queries and assisting to arrange for transport. A memorable experience. Highly recommended for families with children and also young-at-heart. Please request for ground level rooms for mobility-impaired as level 2 rooms are only accessible by stairs.

This is a very good place for family outings and parent-child leisure. However, the number of facilities in the hotel is small and old, and the space is not large. It is easy to be crowded and reduce the quality. It is good to have outdoor activities space, but the hardware facilities need to be strengthened. But it's fun for children. If you are traveling with friends or couples, it is not recommended to live here. There will be better choices in other places in terms of price and environment.

The first time I stayed was during the Chinese New Year last year, and today is the second time. The overall feeling is pretty good. There are many types of breakfast, both Chinese and Western, as well as pork rice and fruit desserts. I will stay here again next time I come to Hsinchu.

I am a passenger who stayed alone on a bicycle around the island. The room has a slight smell of smoke (seems to be a common problem in motels). Then because the location is close to the 1st line of the platform, I occasionally feel the sound of the vehicle, but I feel it until dawn after wearing earplugs. Hot water is very stable plus points.

The couple were traveling in Hsinchu and were looking for a hotel that was not too expensive and was mainly clean. They chose this hotel after reading reviews and Google reviews. The hotel sent a letter confirming the check-in time the day before check-in. Check-in was around 23:00 that day because it was very busy. I was tired and didn’t look at too many details of the hotel. When I entered the room at night, I felt that the color scheme was very bright and the space was just right, not too big or too small. I woke up the next day without turning on the lights. Even if the windows have curtains, a little bit of sunlight will come in, so it won’t be very dazzling. When you open the curtains, you can see the special parking lot, opposite Zhubei Station. Sunlight will also shine into the room, which is a plus and the room will become brighter and more comfortable. No wonder the room doesn’t smell damp at all👍 I don’t know if other room types look the same, but I am very satisfied with my stay this time😀 I used to stay in business hotels that were dark, damp, and dusty in the corners. This hotel is highly recommended and I completely understand why other reviews reviewed it so well. I would recommend my family and friends to stay here if they are traveling for business.
