Hotel con ristorante e bar. Tante le persone che hanno scelto questa struttura sia per mangiare che per dormire. I letti erano molto comodi, silenziosa è stata la notte. Per la colazione si trovano varie proposte dal pane tostato classico alle buone torte fatte in casa. Consigliato!!!

Perfect. Hotel reception was attentive and booked me in quickly after a late flight. All I needed was a comfy bed - and this hotel is great! Quick breakfast the next morning. Great value. Exactly what was needed.

Easy to find, just off A8. Simple, clean room, comfortable bed. Bathroom very small. Our room (at the back of the hotel) was quiet (the area was busy & there's a rather noisy bar opposite). Dog allowed for €8 supplement. We arrived late (11pm) & wanted a beer/snack before bed only to be told that the dog wasn't allowed in the bar. Disappointing. Price is reasonable.

Everything works - the rooms are spacious, very clean and functional with comfy bed, wardrobe with safe deposit box and a decent fridge. The spa is good (not as fantastic as some of the reviews!) the sauna was great, two small jacuzzi tubs, 1x4 seat, 1x6 seat, a shallow pool with 3x recliners that emit bubbles, a spa pool with multiple jets, and sprays and a 12m swimming pool. This area is what set the hotel above ok. Location is not far from Santander, it’s a slip road off the motorway with a string of similar hotels, the sister hotel Nextdoor had a decent cafeteria and restaurant, excellent value. Our hotel had a small bar/ restaurant that served buffet dinner and breakfast - can’t comment on them as we only had coffee which was good. There are other hotels with restaurants and there is a supermarket not too far away. We missed out on trying the Michelin star restaurant about 15 minutes walk away - maybe next time 😊

This happened to me on January 11, I called the event organizer for. Confirm a baptism that I already had reserved for May 15, 2022. That I reserve on November 18, 2021. I call and David the organizer answered me in an inappropriate way. As I had not done. That reservation and since it didn't have the room that I wanted What I did on October 10, 2021 I did my daughter's birthday and I loved it We left super happy and that's why I called on November 15, 2021 to reserve that same room for the Ideas I had were great for me. On the 18th I paid the reservation Yesterday afternoon I went downstairs to speak with the owner and it happens that the owner is his brother-in-law. Therefore. The truth is that this Mr. David did not solve anything for me. He spoke to me in a horrible way that made me want to cry. Totally, I am writing to you today. Why don't I get the words to call and it tells me that my reservation is cancelled. Why don't we reach any agreement? That's what he answers. You can believe that more inadequate and rude people.

Paramos a comer en su restaurante, faltal… la gente no sabe dónde está yendo a comer, tardan en servirte y a parte la atención de los camareros y de la señora de gafas que está en la caja es una persona mal educada. Hemos pedido dos menús, y dos platos de la carta y terminamos de comer los platos de la carta, pero los menús ni siquiera los habían traído, cuando los traen luego de esperar casi 45 minutos los traen fríos, y para tocó esperar el segundo casi 30 minutos más. Al momento de pagar te cobran pan que va dentro de menú y el agua del grifo porque sus botellas son rellenadas con agua de grifo. Y encima cuando les dices que porque te cobran el pan de menú y el agua, la respuesta es “así es que lo cobramos”, cuando es otra cosa lo que dice el menú. Espero esto llegue. Donde todas las personas que buscan ir a comer allí, mejor buscar otra opción.

Siempre habíamos venido al restaurante y salíamos contentos. Eso era hace años. Hemos venido dos veces últimamente y nos hemos ido con mala opinión y por la misma causa. Larga espera de una hora u algo más entre primero y segundo plato. Se ve que hay mala organización entre servicio y cocina. Esta última nos fuimos sin terminar de comer porque sinceramente se te quitan las ganas, no repetiremos una tercera vez.

En zona de spa niños con flotadores o manguitos saltando como si fuese una piscina municipal, horrible . Los padres q alientan a sus hijos a seguir molestando sin darse cuenta que es una sitio para relajarse y descansar. Sin nadie que cuide esas acciones y adultos haciéndose fotos y otros sin utilizar gorro....saltándose todas las normas puesto que al entrar lo pone claro que está prohibido . Y la mitad de los chorros en ambas piscinas sin funcionar. En fin un desastre para ir a desconectar y cada vez que vamos ,vemos que va a peor.Hemos decidido cambiar de lugar.Eramos clientes de ir varias veces al año.
