Amazing hotel, amazing friendliness, service, food out of this world (and we are proper picky gits), a real hidden gem 💎 of a hotel and location!. We stayed in one of the suites #very nice! Great base for some seriously good hiking too!!!!!

Una gran decepción. La habitación pequeña,mucho calor y olía mal. El servicio una gran decepción, parecían enfadados,todas a la defensiva,molestas con cada cosa o pregunta que hacías. La comida correcta pero sin más, nada del otro mundo. Sin duda NO repetiremos, una GRAN DECEPCIÓN, sobre todo el trato.

La mejor de las ubicaciones para pasar unos días por Gredos. Un marco increíble. La atención del personal es de 5 estrellas tanto en recepción como en restauración. Muy atentos a cualquier necesidad del cliente. Volveremos sin ninguna duda!!! Limpio, comida excelente y muy fácil de acceso.

Comunicación: ir en coche, autobús solamente disponible una vez al día en fines de semana, sin posibilidad de usar uber y con pocos taxis con precios demasiado altos.
Alrededores: merece mucho la pena probar las rutas de senderismo, son ligeras, no demasiado largas y muy bonitas y agradables.
Servicios del hotel: imprescindible observación astronómica.
Habitaciones: la superior es mucho mejor que la doble, por solamente 5 euros más por persona (probar la bañera de hidromasaje).
