Location was the usp. Just 5 mins walking distance from platform 6. Problem with hotel is no lift. Rooms are ok, cleanliness somewhat okies. Good for 1 night /day stay, especially for those who is having mid night or early morning train. From santragachi station

Major shortcoming in this hotel is fire safety. Stairs are closed. Only way is lift to come down. If fire occurs only one way will close and no option other than die.

It is a floating hotel I didn’t realize. Very convenient and beautiful hotel All staff were so friendly For Instagramers, it would be heaven Breakfast was brilliant with curry, nan, zapati and so ***y sweets! It is floating but very comfy Only 1 issue l, no toilet paper or tissue any place even inside a room It would be India issue, not a hotel issue though I LOVED THIS HOTEL!! Definitely will recommend my friends too

It's really a nice stay. we took 2 rooms there for 4 days and I am really pleased with their hospitality. A must stay place. Washroom was very clean and gyser facility also available. we ordered food from kiaan inn hotel and the food was really good. persons in the reception arranged taxi for our visit. watchman also helped us a lot when my kid fell sick during our stay at hotel. overall very good hotel
