Compared to Resedence and HPton, the room soundproofing and room size are far different. Moreover, the parking fee of 10 dollars is inexplicably deducted every day, and the parking fee is deducted remotely without asking. Bad review.

Disappointed
We did not expect to pay a parking fee, for each day we stayed. The breakfast was good but the area was too small. The room was clean but the covet on the bed had a rip in it. Pool area was ok ran out of towels alot.

Took a couple minutes to be let on the building since it was a later check in and the door was locked and the employee wasnt at the front desk but the call to see if my room was as expected was nice

Area was very convenient, but the grounds were littered with garbage and potential unsafe items. The room had a bit too much 'freshner' scent. Refrigerator did not have a freezer section which was disappointing. Overall, a decent stay but not exceptional.

Upon stepping off the elevator to the second floor there was an awful stench. The room smelled musty and awful. The carpet was slightly damp in our room as well. Was told I would have a credit on my stay but apparently that didn’t happen. There was also an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke on the second floor near the stairwell. Will not be back to this facility.

The room was very outdated and not very clean. The pull out couch was nasty and had crumbs and trash all over it when we pulled it out for our daughter. She did not sleep on it.

It was a good stay, very clean and friendly staff. Only issue is there was a parking fee of $12/day that I was aware of. I must've missed where it listed that fee.

It seems like there is hardly ever a person at the front desk. Maybe you should consider hiring other people to do some of the side work without cutting hours or pay for the customer service at the front.
I was happy with the room for the most part. I got cold during the night and turned the heat up a little. Possibility that if you had an extra blanket on the bed in the winter that wouldn't have to be done m
