Rockwood Farmhouse is highly recommended for a break with family/friends. Lots for the kids to do - swimming, tubing and canoeing on the dam plus a massive lawn and a games room if it rains. Awesome entertainment / relaxing areas for adults too - a great lounge with fireplace and 2 comfortable patios. Communication and check-in is easy and clear. 5 stars !

Quick drive from Durban and we were in the Karkloof forest reserve in Rockwood Forest Lodge. Beautiful setting in the forest with a 2km hike to the waterfall when we arrived. All amenities were great like a new oven and The Big Green Egg. Finished off with a beautiful hike to the escarpment. Thank you to Sue and staff for great service.

We had a wonderfull stay in this beautifull little Cottage 'that is well stocked for all your needs .We managed do do some of the trail's around the Property which were well marked .

We had a wonderful stay at Rockwood in the farm cottage, it was a wonderful and relaxing getaway. The staff was welcoming and friendly. the nguni calves very cute.

Lovely forest cabin, with all amenities including comfy beds.bird watching from our porch while drinking our morning coffee.Amazing hiking and trail running trails from your door step.Really well maintained . Spectacular indigenous forest trails

What a magical stay - Rockwood is in the most beautiful location - we so loved embracing the outdoors. And the decor and home were just superb. Comfortable and inspiring. Kitchen was superbly equipped too. Thank you so much x
