Beautiful getaway. Friendly staff and everything you need while having a braai and taking in the beauty of nature that they have created there. A must visit when you're in the area! Perfect for getting away from the busy city vibe. They also have the loveliest dogs.

This is in the most magical piece of land it's like a magical fairy forest! The room is super spacious and had a private patio with a couch as well. Was perfect for my overnight stay but I would love to come back and stay longer. I wouldn't hesitate to make a booking at Waterland!

We had a fabulous three night stay at Waterland Lodge in mid December. From the moment we arrived we were greeted and made her feel at home. The giant tree swing was a massive hit with my daughter and we loved the gardens and swimming pool which was warm compared to other accommodation we stayed at . I am petrified of bugs so was quite apprehensive about staying in such a remote area, but didn’t see anything other than the odd ant. The seven dogs are delightful and looked after us well! We will definitely return, thank you very much!

Beautiful environment and garden. Cottage was great, needed anything we needed. Check-in was easy, great service and friendly staff.

Nice location close to table mountain. Full of nature with greenery and pond on the property. Breakfast served in the basket at the front door lounge ( privacy). Only one objection is missing air conditioning. I did notice heater in the room.

This beautiful place can be reached within 30 minutes from Cape town airport und was our first accomodation in South africa. It is simply fantastic. The appartments are spacious and lovingly furnished. Beautiful garden area and plenty of opportunities for the kids to play (table tennis, soccer, play ground etc.). We stayed three nights and the lodge was a good base to explore the cape region.The friendliness of the hosts is second to none. An absolute recommendation.
