I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Galleria Houston. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location near the Galleria was perfect. Great amenities and overall a smooth, enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t figure out the coffee pot with the FREE packaged pods. Breakfast was ok but the eggs were less than desirable. Fried egg Looked like something you’d get in a kids toy food kit.

The experience was quite pleasant. The members of staff who attended to our needs during our one week training were helpful and responsive to our needs.
Mariam, at the reception, was willing to assist and offer help upon request. The location of the hotel and the facilities were fantastic as well. All round pleasant experience

The transportation is very convenient, 3 minutes walk is Nordstrom,Macy's and major shopping malls. The fly in the ointment is that the heating can not be used in the winter, you can set up Heat but there is cold wind. It can be said that although the sparrow is small and complete, it is very clean, even if I barefoot there is almost no dust, the service staff is very kind, The attitude is very good, I don't want to tip, I was polite and barely accepted it for a long time. I will stay at this hotel next time. ❤️

YYUMOThe location of the hotel is very good, there are many places to visit in addition to Galleries, Gallerie can go shopping for a long time, the city is very full, not worse than New York! There is also a 24-hour Starbucks around, and a DWS selling shoes will open at 9am! Take a 10 minute walk to the Rich Oak District to experience the rich shopping environment, watching movies in expensive cinemas! The hotel room is large and the accommodation is very comfortable! Clean, I like it very much! The front desk service is also superb! Don't drive out, don't go out, Chinese people will be robbed when they walk on the road! It is very convenient to call a takeaway at the hotel! Is it like hungry in the country?

GGuest UserWell it was Fathers Day night everything was cool no problems straight to the room that next morning I woke up and left the room about 8am give are take how ever some one came in my room with my pregnant girl friend !!! It was very uncomfortable especially being she was naked . No one knocked on the door are nothing keeping in mind check out was until 12 noon

怀怀超Breakfast is not selected, it ’s more convenient to eat in the mall opposite, close to the commercial arcade, and the parking lot is very large and convenient. It ’s just slippers that can be delivered in an hour.

XxtminThe hotel is conveniently located. Although the room facilities are a bit old, they are spacious and clean. The air conditioning is sufficient. The front desk staff and other staff are very warm and polite, and the service is timely.

GGuest UserAlthough this is still my favorite hotel in the Houston area I wasn’t extremely impressed this stay. Our air conditioner was blowing hot air so we slept with the balcony door open. On our final day the shower wouldn’t drain.
I will still continue to stay here because the staff is excellent and the location is perfect. And the views are amazing

PplanetsnnAmazing location, few mins away from the upscale mall The Galleria in River Oaks which has it all and this hotel has a 4-5 floor parking garage, which is amazing. You can just take the elevator directly to the lobby. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The facilities are cleand and up to date, rooms are spacious. Really worth the money you pay. I will definitely not look for another place for this price. Breakfast is simple yet plenty for a home stay type facility and everything was fresh.

PplanetsnnThe location is excellent, few minutes away from the upscale mall The Galleria in River Oaks and also near many highways and restaurants. There is also on-site parking for a fee (about 18 bucks a day) However, the facility is dated and the staff isn't too helpful. There were some creepy characters and some halls smelled like ****. I definitely didn't sleep very comfortably. There are much better options nearby for a bit more. This propoerty has a bad vibe.

CChiaki0405The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from Times Square and in a relatively safe area of Manhattan.
At first I didn't have high expectations as it was reasonably priced compared to other hotels, but I was surprised by the facilities and service.
There is a bar next to the lobby and several common spaces, making it perfect for a short break or to work.
It was also great that dinner was included during happy hour from 5:00 to 6:30 in the evening.
This is one hotel I'd like to stay at again.
