This is worst hotel I ever seen in my life.
太差了。在機場等1個多小時，打了五次電話，説過4次：我的位置是，terminal C, hotel shuttle。
但櫃枱小姐一直問我的當地手機號。始終沒看到車來。最後taxi 去了，花了37刀。那小姐還説司機在機場繞，沒找人。離開休斯頓時，拍了下面照片證實，我説的位置沒錯。這酒店有大問題。
而且很多設施老舊，故障。她還回答正常。例如
房間電話壞的。後面不能用room key 進，但側門可以進。態度也極差。
浴室抽屜一直自己滑出來，關不了。
以後的朋友們，千萬別去這家酒店。爛。

Met expectations for our travel plans. Not too far from the airport, easy access to freeway. Only a couple of concerns: drain problem in the shower/tub left us standing in ankle deep water during showers; GFI outlet broken in bathroom, USB/plug outlet on nightstand did not work properly. Friendly front desk staff at check-in, clean room. In all, we like Hampton Inn and have stayed in many during our past travels and will continue to do so in the future.

Overall, this hotel is pretty good. However, our specific room had some issues, indicating a need for better facility maintenance. The bathroom barn door wouldn't close, the alarm clock's wire was torn apart, and a few other things were broken. Additionally, there was an extra charge of $11 compared to what we paid through *******.

It was a nice room. Our stay eould have been more enjoyable with a microwave oven in the room.We had food to heat up. Also there are no restaurants in the immeadiate area.

I was especially pleased with the customer service received from Richard at my check-in & Olivia during my stay. Olivia was always courteous, helpful, and professional. The hospitality staff are also a bonus to the facility.
