Love this hotel , stay one night very happy ! Highly recommend! Staff very nice and friendly ! Room very nice and breakfast good !  Hopefully we can stay more days in this hotel. We also enjoy swimming pool and my kids love it ！this is my first stay at Hyatt house. Very impressed!

Colin was very great and a pleasure to work with. I wish everything else measured up to how great he was but it did not. The condition of the hotel was not what I am used to from Hyatt. Rashid was very rude and unprofessional. The rest of the staff was ok with their customer service. I honestly would never stay here again. I am a hyatt member and only stay at Hyatt hotels but this is one I will not visit again. Again, Colin you were phenomenal and thank you for going above and beyond!

Breakfast is more expensive, and there are not many to eat, mainly not used to it, the room has tableware to do some food.
