Quiet area and the staff is very friendly. The hotel looks like it may be undergoing a facelift. Bathroom rails rusted not enough wash clothes and towels for two people stocked. Lamp was broken.

The staff was amazing and helpful. However the hotel is in need of upgrades from the sheets which were very dingy and the rusting parts of the bar on which the shower curtain was. There was also some rusting near the shower head. The wifi also went down for almost an entire day, so if you're there on business or studies, I am not sure it's the best place. The staff was very kind and helpfull. They made every effort to try to help. The problem is the hotel rooms, sheets, bath towels etc. all need to be upgraded.

Sheets were stained and run down. The air conditioner sounded horribly and the restroom was clogged. Had to make contact with the front desk several times until they finally changed my room.

No wash clothes and towels when we needed them each day and the shower didn’t have a full shower door so water ran all over the bathroom floor each night.

The shower rack is rusty, the AC is very loud when it is running. we have to shut it down but I can hear the AC from next room. I couldn't sleep at all. Please check and maybe update these items so other guests can enjoyed their sleep. Thanks

My linens and towels were never replaced. The hotel seemed like it had a quick paint over and things were outdated.
