I love is it’s amazing I love it

Love it. But never received incidental deposit back.

The stay was for only one day thankfully. Couldn’t connect to the WI-FI the entire time, hotel room was subpar. Looked like it needed renovation. Service was great though, the employees were very nice.

Internet didn’t work for two days. Hall way carpets were dirty. There was an odor during check in. Not sure if it went away or I just got accustomed to smelling it. In any event, there was never a fresh scent. One of the elevators wasn’t working with an out of order sign sticked on it. Pool was filthy. All gym equipment was out of order besides the bike. Bar was not functional. Room was poorly lit and choice of paint color paired with already low ceilings made the room feel dark and depressing. There was no phone in room. The green/blue bedding that matress sits on was very dirty. There was a new front desk personnel, she was very friendly. The ac in the room worked.

This hotel is nasty, bed sheet was nasty. Bathroom wasn’t clean shower had left over soap you can tell shower hasn’t been cleaned… Never ever will I stay at this hotel again

They kicked me and my friends out the room because they seen stem from the shower and thought someone was smoking in the room. They came to the room and told us we had 15 minutes to grab our stuff and leave. They fined us $250 and lied to us.

The pictures on ******* were very misleading and I thought I was getting a level of quality that goes with the name Hyatt… the room cleanliness and staff were not bad but (1) I have never been to a place that charges you at the counter for the room being ready 1 hour earlier (2) the room shower had hole in the ceiling, and the toilet leaked water from the back and we only received 1 set of towels (3) the fitness room was grossly inadequate with white towels that must have been washed in pink dye.. no whipped to wipe down equipment but a sign that says that you should.,. A 20 barbell rack only had 8 barbells in it (4) the stackbuck coffee station was broken…. And the hot water maker in the room would work and when I told staff they said I had to come down to the lobby to get hot water and then that container was empty… instead of filling it they just got me hot water from somewhere… (5) the elevator was broken so I took forever for it to come. I was very disappointed that I took pictures.. I have never done that before but I thought if some asked they would never believe the level of disarray in a Hyatt hotel.

Food was very good. Room was nice upon arrival asside from some food left in the fridge. The beds were very comfortable and hotel staff were always around if help was needed.

the staff was amazing, very polite and professional. the staff at the restaurant that oversaw the breakfast was also a delight. food was prepared well. they took steps to ensure cleanliness for forefront. the hotel itself is in need of some cosmetic repairs. paint peeling and chipping, elevator looked unclean and in need of a cosmetic redo. my bathroom was haggard and in bad shape. tub was peeling and looked moldy. bed was noisy every turn i made.
