This place was absolutely disgusting. We didn’t even stay because there were roaches dead and alive all over the floors, walls, EVERY. WHERE. The worst part is that Trip.com doesn’t even let you get a refund, the woman at the front was more than willing to give me a refund but this service doesn’t allow it. You would think you would get a refund in these disgusting circumstances. Won’t be purchasing through Trip.com again. I suggest you don’t either.

Motel smell tell
The room smelled like raw sewage everytime we walked in. And we went down stairs to the ice machine and a roach fell out as we was getting ice.

Motel 6 NRG
The sewer didn't work after 2am most nights, room were not cleaned daily and had to ask for clean towels.

First thing there was little flies all around the room, smelt like stagnant water. Didn’t even stay the second night cause the people next door on both sides were so loud and I felt unsafe for myself and my son even having a pi**** on me.

The rooms have been renovated which gives you the impression that the room is clean. My room floor looked clean but I dropped a towel on it and it was black when I picked it up. Discovered that whole floor was the same, I turned A/C down in room to find that it actually smelled like that of sewage, as if the toilet flooded and they didn't clean it. Looks good on the inside but not outside. I sat in my vehicle to escape the smell until I left. I had to find some place else to stay, also people were beating on the walls and ceiling for some reason.

Horrible motel.
This property is in horrible condition. We didn’t receive the room we booked. We booked a king but got a room with 2 queens, the room was filthy, and there was loud cars roaring all night. Plus there was roaches in the bathroom. They also don’t do towel service.
