Worst customer service and hotel first the name is advertised wrong it is called Sonesta broken furniture leaking shower tub coffee maker in room with no coffee or water bottles we booked with breakfast there was NO breakfast offered at the site the area was closed I want my money back and refund

There was always a problem with the room when we checked in, which delayed our subsequent itinerary. It was originally said that breakfast would be included, but it turned out that it was not included. The soundproofing of the room was poor, and we could hear loud voices outside.

Advertised continental breakfast- had nothing. Got a suite and they couldn’t provide a blanket for pull out couch. Had rooms ready at 2pm but made us sit in lobby till 3pm before we could check In. Car was broken into. When I went to inform from desk the front desk attendant was no where to be found. Got cleaning ladies to find her and she appeared to be asleep in the back. She didn’t care about the break in. Electronics key cards are terrible. Had to go down and get the reprogrammed 3x. Stains on the sheets and pillow cases.
