During the Christmas vacation, I was lucky enough to stay in a hotel that closed on the last two days of operation. When I checked in, the front desk told me that breakfast would be served until 9:30, but the next day, breakfast was gone! I asked the front desk and they said they would close the next day so there would be no breakfast, and the notification had already been sent... Fortunately, the hotel was booked on a big platform. Although it affected my schedule and mood, Ctrip's overseas butler was extremely responsible and was a strong backing in a foreign country where I was unfamiliar with. I would like to thank the butler Xiaoqing again!

I just went for the free parking. It's far away from Chinatown, and you have to drive for half an hour to eat delicious food. The room is very old, and there is a full free breakfast. However, at this price, it also includes parking fees, including breakfast, and what parking fees are required. But in other words, there is really nothing to play with children in Houston. I rejected Houston's job offer because I wanted to see if I didn't regret it.

I have been to numerous Hotels, but few with the level of personal attention, from employees toward guest experiences. The Hotel is clean, and neatly decorated. Location with parking is a reward downtown, and their Security is apparent, here. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms stocked with items, and housekeeping was diligent. I came for MD Anderson Cancer care, and a bit of respite, which I found here during my week's stay. The breakfast is substantial, and varied. The choices were voluminous and of quality. The beds were comfy, the pillows just right, and I looked forward to interactions, with their friendly staff. As a solo traveler, safety is of paramount importance, and "SureStay," delivered in every manner. I look forward to my return next month, and feel gifted to have found such a friendly vibe, in a busy city. Great job by all (!) and your shuttle bus to Medical facilities, made my visits carefree! Look no further, if needing an exceptional stay, and a value unmatched elsewhere! Shout out to, Michelle, Jessica, Jaylin R., Candace L., EvelinT., Griselda H., and Driver, Chris. All of you are professional and coordinated to provide, a most comfortable stay! Many Thanks!
