I just loved this hotel very comfortable and clean tv messed due to weather but that’s nature nothing on hotel end

Terrible! Booked an accessible king room. Got to the hotel and they checked us into a regular room. There were holes ALL OVER the blackout drapes, hair in the tub, and the fridge was frozen over and not cooling. Called the desk and he tells us he can put us in a different room. We pack up everything. He tries to give us another non accessible room. He gves us a room that is accessible, when I point out that we booked an accessible room, still not a king. We get to the room, turn the air on, unpack and leave. Several hours later we get back and it is 78 degrees in our room. We like it COLD. We had the AC set at 66. Go to the counter and tell her the problem. She tells me that some of the AC units have a motion sensor so they will not work if no movement. Well, what happens when we go to bed, I ask. She says it will turn off. Not acceptable. She says she can move us to another accessible room. We pack up everything again. We get to the 3rd room and turn on the air. Still not what we booked and paid for, as this one has 2 full size beds. We unpack...again. Get ready for bed since we have a early flight the next day. Husband gets in the shower, only to discover that the shower will not stay on. The plunger thing will not stay up longer than 2-3 seconds before going back to the tub faucet. We call the front desk, furious at this point. She has maintenance come to fix it. The ac NEVER got colder than about 75. Neither of us slept well, room smelled like cigarette smoke. Because it was a prepaid reservation through a third party, they can do nothing about our experience, other than let the manager know. Seriously THE WORST ROOM we have ever booked! Avoid this hotel! There was rust on the bathroom fixtures in every room, old carpet, dirty stained furniture, lifting wallpaper, water damage. It was terrible!

The hotel has potential but its transition to new administration proved to be a problem for us. I picked this hotel because of the airport shuttle and breakfast. It’s a lift service, but they did not communicate that. So I edited for an hour at the airport while trying to contact the hotel staff for clarification.The name change and the phone change confused everyone. I got stuck. So, communicate more the details in *******. The staff was very attentive. I do appreciate that!!but they said breakfast was 6 to 9 but there was no breakfast. I just left. Again, respectful staff caring are the reason I don’t give lowest rating

Stayed 3 nights, didn't know I had to request for them to clean room everyday, had front desk said they would bring me bags for trash never received had to her fresh towels.

NEVER AGAIN!! This was an emergency stay due to an early flight out for work. 1st off the pics are nothing like the actual hotel. In fairness, I do believe they are in transition from one owner to the next. 2nd the first room I was assigned looked to have have blood stains all over the carpet, immediately I left and went to front desk and the agent was very helpful and assigned me another room. 3rd, the second room also had stains all over its carpet but the room appeared to be cleaner. The bathroom was horrible though. The tub looked as if it had been used and never cleaned out. Bed felt lumpy so I slept sitting up in the desk chair with my close on and had all of my things sitting on the stand with the tv. Thankfully I didn’t have to use the restroom and all I needed was to brush my teeth and the water bottle I brought in took care of that. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Serious changes need to be done

Property is not as advertised. Old dilapidated building that wreaks of mildew, mold, and smoke (property advertised as a smoke free facility). Patrons sat and stood outside the entrance and back parking lot smoking and drinking. Paid online but requested refund in person. Denied refund.

People are friendly. Rooms smelt weird. carpets were stained. Headboard were dirty. Put a $60 deposit for the 3 rooms ($180)that my family was staying in on 2/17/2024 and I am still waiting for it to be refunded to my account 3/1/2024. Was told it would only take a couple of days. OK if you are staying one night. Would also like to had that they just changed owners so, maybe it will get better in time.

First they could not find our booking. Then the room they gave us had mold behind the bed and blood stains on the floor. The front desk moved us immediately To a different room that had roaches. The only good thing i can say about the stay is that the front seat lady was nice.

Pool is an indoor/ outdoor pool , not separate. Not able to use bc of cold from outdoor part. Noise from highway. Heat/air clanking when trying to come up. Room never got cool. Carpet stained room. Fake eyelash found in towel. Breakfast ran out early everyday, didn't even get to see everything offered 1 hour before breakfast end time. Coffee/ tea not offered all day but stated on site that it will be in common areas. Bad smells in areas. Only offers 1 face towel and 1 washcloth for 3 guests. Always missing a towel as well.

Unbelieveably bad! New owners are taking a lovely facility and an amazing staff and are doing their best to make sure they have no return guests! Elevator not working upon departure and had to carry my luggage down 3 flights of stairs. No time of repair indicated! No soap in the shower soap containers. No bedspread! Waffle iron timer broken for first 2 days of my stay. Entrance automatic door got stuck and locked me out. I knocked hard on the door and other guests inside found the switch and activated it to make the door open! Guest snack for purchase shelves had been cleaned out by previous owners and not restocked! In spite of the lack of normal guest products and state of decline, I saw no bugs, so the staff is working very hard to do what they can. The staff is lovely. I hope they all find new jobs!!!! I feel for them.

Building looks old and dirty. Bath towel was missing in room, no fridge in the room. Breakfast was way below standard They should close hotel and do some renovation.

My room was infested with roaches and the bed has bed bugs. I have videos and pictures. I tried to tell the staff, they all said they dont speak any english. My child and I didnt sleep due to the bugs every were, we sat up on the chair all night until we had to check out. They had no vending machines, no bottle water, the pool was empty, the smell was horrible, The only person was super nice was the girl at the front desk at 3am. She was so sweat and kind, but I was leaving to go to the airport. I would never recommend that hotel. Worst visit to Texas. I cried my entire stay. Oh and as far as the free breakfast, what was that? It gave we do not care about our hungry customers who payed to stay here. And the bugs that I killed on the bed why was they bleeding? I have never in my life killed a big flat looking bleeding bug. Grossed out and traumatizing for my child. Thanks for the horrible experience.

When we called for the shuttle at the airport we were told it wasn’t working. So we found a taxi and paid $20. When we came back from dinner a new person was at the desk and I asked if the shuttle would be working at 5:30am and she told me that they had a contract with Lyft and we just had to come to the lobby and they would order a ride. We picked this hotel because it had a shuttle and then were lied to that it wasn’t working when really the front desk person was to lazy to order a ride for us.
