The last we came here everything was clean but This time I saw a lot of human hair on the bed and the bathroom floor also a lot of human hair looks like they didn't clean it well.

Staff was friendly, thanks a lot to the lady in the lobby, we checked in around 9:30pm i don’t remember the name but i would like to leave a good review for her. Thanks a lot!!

Television was not working. We told the staff at front desk while we went out. We were told it would be fixed. It was not when we returned after 3 hours.
Air Conditioner was not functioning as we tried to make the room less cold. We had to stop the A/C.
The coffee corner had no dairy creamer.
During check out time, the elevator (only one was in service out of 3) stopped working. We had to walk down from the 5th floor. When informed to the front desk there was no apologies rendered or even an enthusiasm shown to get it fixed. My wife, fresh from a major surgery had to walk down for 5 floors.
Terrible stay. Will never visit this Marriott again.

The parking lot is plenty and safe because of the security patrol. The room space is a little small and sound isolation is not good.
