It looks like it is decorated in a rural style, in the style of a wealthy person. The room is quite big. There is no refrigerator in my room. The breakfast is a bit expensive. I don't recommend buying it. The location is okay.

The hotel had a nice looking exterior, but the room had a window that wouldn’t close all the way. The highway traffic sounded like it was in the room. There were several places in the room where repairs were incomplete (i hope). For example, it was clear that there had been some drywall work done, but the wall had only been primed, not painted. So, nice on the outside, crumbling on the inside.

it wasn't the cleanest and one of the ladies at check was rude and unwilling to try and get me and my guest in rooms close together. In my room therewas no refridgerator where it should have been, and the pullout mirror did not work. In the other room there was a missing cushion on the bench and also the pull out mirror in bathroom did not work.

The noise from outside highway was so loud in the room. Couldn’t sleep properly due to the noise.

The room was malfunctioned. the toilet wouldn’t flush, the coffee machine wouldn’t turn on and the lamps wouldn’t turn on. The staff at the front desk are rude, incompetent, and inconsiderate. This is not a normal double tree. This was by far the worse hotel I’ve stayed in and I travel and vacation frequently.

The room smelled fresh and the bed was very comfortable. I didn’t like when I sent a request for towels, and I left for the day and came back my towels wasn’t replaced. I didn’t like the fact that they charged $10 per night for self parking. The hotel can use some renovations.

They’ve upgraded downstairs it’s nice. Our room was/ is dirty from previous guest (confetti & rosé petals). Furniture has stains. Mold in shower. You can hear the LOUD traffic ALL night. We ordered room service (breakfast) the biscuits were HARD as rocks - completely inedible. Staff at front desk not very pleasant.. Apparently you only can have 1 cookie during check in regardless of how many people are in your room and no more after (isn’t that the only reason folks come back?)?! Other staff members are polite. We came for a “staycation “ but won’t be returning to this location.

Disappointing for a four star hotel. Felt old, was not super clean- scuff marks or stains on walls and furniture, neighborhood seemed run down around hotel. Freeway noise could be heard constantly throughout the night.
