Worst stay in Houston , room smelling terrible , water coming out yellow from faucet , pillow smell like sewer. When asked to take care they completely ignored it .

There was a breaker put on our room. We notified the front desk shortly after check in. The girls were sweet, and said they had called maintenance-but no one ever came. We had no television and only two working outlets. The next morning was tricky as there were four in our room who needed to get ready. We told the front desk again at check out-and they were dismissive and later rude. The room was also dirty with holes in the walls without electrical covers, half painted areas, etc. The room seemed to maybe be in the middle of a remodel?! To top it off, there were very rowdy and loud guests in the hallway from 11 pm until nearly 4.30 am. Not a good experience…

I like the location, the shower glass door needed to be cleaner and the body wash and the hair conditioner containers were empty

My stay was very great. I enjoyed myself I did not know it was 3 bars and the pool area took my experience over the top. I do not write reviews but because it was an experience i never had writing one seems need when i come back i will be coming here again.

The elevators were out which is not cool when you have luggage's. The cleaning people kept dirty laundry outside of rooms I had to call to have it removed.

I didn’t like that the room smelled as well the pillows had to get my own pillow, I think it was the carpet that smelled

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days/3nights. First night fire alarm went off at 3am because someone was smoking in a room. The next night the fire alarm went off round 2:30am reason unknown. Kids playing in the hallways and knocking on doors as well. The third night, no fire alarm but kids knocking on doors and playing. At that point I was fed up. I didn’t get any rest while at that hotel, besides the beds being hard, the noise took the cake. I complained to front desk at which she gave my room number to the other room I complained about and the people showed up to my door because I complained on them knocking on doors and playing early in the mornings. I am highly upset and disappointed with this hotel and I would not recommend anyone stay here. Legal action will be forthcoming.
