看着好像是農村風情裝修，走土豪風，房間還是挺大，我那個房間沒有冰箱，早飯略貴，不建議購買，地理位置還算可以。

網上看是24年新酒店，實際探店其實不是這回事，應該是翻新過而已，服務一般，大堂沒有咖啡和水提供，衹有付費的，早餐也是付費但不建議，因為開車到附近歺廳吃更豐富多樣，衞生都算可以，如果想安靜一點不要選靠高速路邊的房間。還有停車每晚10刀是必須消費的，因為附近你根本沒有選擇了。

Poor hospitality and customer service, room wasn’t cleaned, room service was unresponsive. Disappointing experience. The only great thing about the stay was the aesthetics.

This was a nice hotel and overall we were pleased with our stay, cleanliness, appearance, and accommodations.
However, the pillows were small and squishy... mostly flat - definitely sub par for this caliber of hotel. We had 4 people in our room and only 2 towel sets. Had to ask for extra pillows and towel sets. This was way more difficult than it needed to be despite communication with the front desk while we were out away from the hotel via customer service text messages. I ended up having to go to the front desk 2x at 11pm at night to get the issues completely resolved.

This was by far one of my worse stays at an hotel. Heat did not work correctly while staying there. This place ran out of wash towels for two days. When complaining to the manager Shan aka Ms. P, she had attitude as if it was your fault and argued back and forth as if I was lying about the thermostat being jacked up. Spoke with several staff, Frankie, Carlos, Karen and Ellen who were very nice but couldn’t help much. This place is a disgrace and very unprofessional.

I have never seen a hotel that doesn’t have the basic amenities such as a small fridge. My room had the place for it, but the fridge was missing or taken out. My room was only cleaned one day out of the entire stay I was there- and when I asked the housekeeper for towels she said to call the front desk even though she had clean towels. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I stayed in the annexe building on thee west side of the property, none of the Ice machines worked.
No refrigerator in the room. No microwave in tbe room. The Aircondicioner in the hallway of the building was not working.
The Staff was very apologetic. I must return to the Houston area for Cancer treatment at MD Anderson, and debating if I should even give this place another shot.

We stayed for a night before our cruise out of galveston. Our expectations were low but we were pleasantly surprised with how nice the hotel was. Pool was closed for a wedding.
