Four Seasons Hotel Houston

Where do I begin? Room service delivered half our order and even after calling back down twice they still couldn’t get it right so I just gave up. As an American Express Platinum member I’m guaranteed late 4pm check out which I told front desk we would need. It served no purpose as housekeeping accessed my room numerous times without warning. I called the front desk to ask if there was an issue because I was checking out late. The gentleman at the front desk told me that I needed to request my late check out when I checked in… why would I need to request something I’m guaranteed per the terms of my Amex and again I told the front desk clerk we would be checking out late when I checked it. Going forward even after this call shortly afterwards a male from housekeeping walked right into my room. My husband and children were in the living area and I was in the bedroom area getting dressed ! This is a violation and extremely concerning. What if I was in the shower, a state of undress or a sleep and this man without warning has entered my room. We packed up our things and immediately went to the front desk. The manager apologized and moved our checkout to 9pm but once we were in the car I told my husband I just didn’t feel safe returning and we elected not to return. This is a serious issue and I don’t think I’ll return to this Four Seasons location.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Brittney at the front desk really took care of all of my needs. Rest of staff were great as well. Which I had more time to stay longer.

We had a great stay at Four Seasons Hotel Houston. We came for a weekend stay for a wedding we attended in the hotel. The hotel was beautiful and the wedding venue was stunning. All the staff were friendly and very attentive. The food and drinks were delicious. And it’s pet friendly !! Overall we had such a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend.

I had my car given to the doorman for valet. The next day my car was given to me with damage to its front passenger fender. I protested & asked to see camera footage as they have cameras all over the property. They did not let me see the video but called me a few days later & said it was not their fault.

Was a paying guest at this hotel and I went to take some photos by then stairs, I was then told I was no longer allowed to take photos and I had to stop. But when I got down the stairs there were other white counterparts taking photos as well and they were not told to stop. No one even tried to verify that I was a guest at the hotel. Very rude staff and I will highly not recommend this place

If I could rate this hotel more than five stars, I would. I traveled down for business shortly after a storm affected residents. There was a mix-up (which I feel was mostly my fault), and they went above and beyond. I couldn't stay one of the nights I was supposed to, but it was because they were housing displaced residents. The manager, Kenisha, and the front desk attendant, Ivan, were amazing. Kenisha found me alternative lodging (an equally beautiful hotel). When I returned for my second night of reservation, they had a wonderful room for me with a handwritten note and extra attention that went above and beyond anything I would have expected. Everyone here seems to care about the customers, and I appreciate the staff here. Thanks, Ivan, and a HUGE thank you to Kenisha.
