The guy at the front desk on April 8 at 7 am was mean. I asked him for 3 breakfast tickets as this booking was included. He said no because you got two only as this is hotel policy. I told him I have the email confirmation for it and showed him. He said what did you show me, I don’t need to look. This is hotel policy and didn’t want to talk to me. On April 9 at 7 am in the morning, the same guy gave me two tickets and told me that you can only eat it in the cafe, do not bring it to your room. I felt this guy was so mean. I heard a lady talked to this guy that there was something seems like poop inside the elevator. He just replied “no housekeeping now”. I feel this response is inappropriate to a hotel guest. Overall this guy worked in the front desk was horrible.

There is no hot water in the room. I didn't bother the front desk at midnight. I told the front desk at 8:30 in the morning. Someone came to check it at 9 o'clock. Then I left at 9:30 without taking a shower. You need a breakfast coupon for breakfast. You have to queue up in the morning to get it. You have to wait for the guests who checked in in front to get it. Why didn't they give it to me when I checked in last night? I don't understand. It seems that the owner has changed. The hotel is more than 20 minutes' drive from downtown, has a swimming pool, and parking is free.
