"Lovely hotel. Very convenient for visiting Shenyang, and close to shopping area as well as tourist spots. Staff very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is cosy and clean. Breakfast was great, and the laundry was also very convenient. Would definitely recommend 👍"
"I stayed at Sofitel London Heathrow for a business trip. The location was perfect—close to the conference center and many restaurants. The staff was friendly, but I found the check-in process to be slow. It’s a decent option for business travelers looking for convenience."
"The breakfast was good, although the variety was small but it tasted good. The location is also very good, take the picadilly line (blue line) and stand at hounslow central, just 5 minutes walk."

"My 3 night stay at Imperial Guest House was comfortable, affordable and , convenient in terms of closeness to shops and trains ..The staff was always willing to provide assistance. . Rooms were small but it was decent and clean . The bathrooms were clean."
"The hotel is close to the subway entrance, which is suitable for catching a flight. The receptionist is an old man, who is very serious. We chose this place because we had to pick up the car the next day and it was close to the car rental company. There is a small church next to it."
"The hotel is very new, the bathroom is big enough, the bed is not very soft, very comfortable, the surrounding facilities are complete, it is very convenient for eating, shopping and subway! You can cook, the tableware is complete, highly recommended! Ms. MELANIE at the front desk is very enthusiastic and the service is great! !"
"Hygienic, good service, breakfast 0k, there is the most basic milk, croissants, coffee and tea. There is no free shuttle bus at the airport. Take a taxi for a few kilometers."
Chiswick is well connected to the capital, but just outside all the hustle and bustle. Take a stroll along the nearby River Thames, head to Kew Gardens to get a taste of the tropics or explore the chic boutiques along Chiswick High Road. There's plenty to keep foodies happy too, with some of West London's best alfresco cafes, gastro pubs and food markets just a short walk away. When you've fallen for Chiswick's village vibe, head back to our London Chiswick hotel for dinner in our Thyme restaurant and then sink into your luxurious Hypnos bed.
"The hotel is located roughly 20 minutes to the closest Hounslow underground station, you can take the bus if you want. In front of the hotel you got an authentic Indian family business restaurant- very reasonable price, and home made meals provided. Other things are very closed to the hotel such as e.g., petrol station, fast food restaurant, off-licence small supermarket, pizzeria etc..The hotel member staff and the cleaner lady and the boy are kind, helpful and tranquil. The room size is good, could be a bit bigger though. The breakfast is simple, very basics, non diary products are NOT available. The breakfast could use to be improved by adding yoghourt or other patisseries rather then mini plain croissants, something with chocolate. My stay was pleasant, comfy bed, cleanliness of the hotel is very good!
The hotel furnitures outdated, but is not a biggy for me"

AAmarettoIRLThe Hilton Garden is always very comfortable and I trust the brand to deliver on cleanliness and customer service worldwide. I was disappointed on this occasion however as it seems the hotel have stopped providing bottled water to the rooms. On arrival, quite late at night, I had to phone the front desk to ask for bottled water even though the usual tea and coffee had been provided in the room. The hotel charged an additional cost for two small bottles of drinking water and had them delivered when I asked. I was also a little confused as to why the receptionist needed to confirm my residential address on check-in when I shared my Hilton Honours membership number. I have never been asked to confirm my home address at a hotel check-in, least of all at an international airport. To add to what seemed a mild invasion of privacy, she began to read my address aloud from the computer, while other parties were also checking in. No issues with the room - it was just an overnight stay - but not the usual standard of efficiency and courtesy that I’ve come to expect from Hilton hotels.
GGuest UserRooms are good. Bathroom a bit small but still functional. Bus literally outside which is Amazing. Parking is safe as there is a security guard 247 and a barrier to get inside. Great reception area
Downside is £15 for a useless spineless breakfast. Variety is very less and they won’t make you fresh eggs either. There response was there is no kitchen to make eggs. There is only a pre-made scrambled egg which you scoop out from the tray, makes you want to throw up looking at it. Feel like I’m eating lame plane food plus I paid £15 for it. Absolute waste of time. Take it or leave it kind of approach too. If it was £5 it would be worth it. But for £15 it’s a waste of time, money and a waste on your digestion system. Poor intestines having to go through it. How are you gonna charge £15 for a breakfast but tell me there’s no kitchen. Daylight robbery. I get better breakfasts in Third world countries, this was like peasantry behaviour. I’d rather starve. Honestly, that messed up the whole stay. Other then that great hotel.
OOllieSmithStayed here for 3 nights on a recent trip. Nice room with two big double beds. Shower is great but the bath is really shallow so not ideal if you like a nice soak. Good WiFi, big TV, fridge in the room etc.
Breakfast is excellent. Great selection. Coffee could be better. I wouldn't expect a hilton property to use cheap coffee machines with powdered milk instead of fresh.
Location is great. There is the usual hoppa bus to the terminals for £7 or you can walk for 4-5 minutes to Hatton Cross and take the subway train for free to all the terminals (just use a contact less card to get through the barriers).
AAnonymous UserThe room was clean and met basic expectations for a budget hotel, which was appreciated. However, the bathroom could have been cleaner, which was a bit disappointing.
One of the best aspects of this hotel is its convenient location right in front of the bus station, making it very easy to access transportation. Overall, it's a decent option for a short stay if you're looking for affordability and convenience near Heathrow.
GGuest Usergood location for being near to heathrow and west london, otherwise it's a bit far to get to. Has gym, laundry room, and the rooms are good size with small kitchen. Room layout a bit strange with TV behind bathroom door, and bathroom door only opens halfway to stop it hitting the TV, but this is quite annoying. Otherwise good service overall.
GGuest UserBecause of the positive reviews, I chose to stay at this place. The location is a 20-minute walk from the subway station, which is not too bad. The hotel is also not far from the airport and the subway line is rather convenient. However, I had to wait for 20 minutes when checking in, and parking required an additional fee. The price was not particularly cheap either. There weren't many amenities nearby. This place might be suitable for business trips, but overall, it's just an average chain hotel.
GGuest UserMe and my partner decided to stay here for one night during our trip to London. For the price we was pleasantly surprised.
Its ibis budget and not the Ritz Carlton but the bed was comfy and clean the room was basic with a working TV and a Shower with hot water and the hotels staff was able to provide a hairdryer for us to use free of charge.
Staff were friendly enough and was able to provide little things like bottle openers. The shared dining space had a microwave and a coffee machine with complimentary herbal tea and everyday tea.
However some of the rooms show the age there was an issue with plumbing in our room the drains had a bad smell when the water was running but the staff resolved it
It could really do with a dust on the windowsill and behind the TV and on the counters.
Breakfast was basic continental breakfast however everything was fresh and of a good quality not bad for the price.
All in all enjoy the hotel for short stays and dont be shy to speak to the staff if you have any issues.
AABDALLAHHotel is good in very good location, I would just suggest that the board leading into the hotel should be Quite visible and big so people can see, it could be confusing sometimes as you lose your way, our stay was pleasant I would recommend this hotel .
