"Right at the airport, with a direct covered walkway. It's much cheaper to spend a night here during a layover in London than staying in the city center. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise; it was really good! Even better and more varied than what you'd find downtown! Plus, the family room was excellent value for money. An added bonus of staying near the airport is its proximity to Windsor; an Uber ride is about 25 pounds, so you can easily spend half a day there before heading back to the city."
"Great budget choice convenient to airport, also buses to Kingston etc. Neat and clean with helpful courteous staff, it’s better than many more expensive outfits serving Heathrow. Tesco minimart nearby for any extra needs. Also a nice cafe bar area. Recommended!"
"Location was a little far from city centre however thanks to underground access was easy. Hotel was clean ,silent and breakfast was ok. Near to hotel there is restaurants fast food facilities in case of if you are late."
"20min walk to the tube, bus-stop outside. Good cafe across the road. Local supermarket next door. Well furnished and new style kitchen and room and bathroom. Balcony. Heated towel rack. Small gym, Laundry and dryer self-disposable detergent, however requires coins to operate. Overall restful stay"
"Because of the positive reviews, I chose to stay at this place. The location is a 20-minute walk from the subway station, which is not too bad. The hotel is also not far from the airport and the subway line is rather convenient. However, I had to wait for 20 minutes when checking in, and parking required an additional fee. The price was not particularly cheap either. There weren't many amenities nearby. This place might be suitable for business trips, but overall, it's just an average chain hotel."
"A very average hotel. Moxy is my least favorite Marriott brand; there's hardly any service. The location isn't great either, and most of the staff are Indian."
"My room was upgraded and ready for me on arrival, it was very clean and there was also complementary water in my room.
The Holiday Inn staff were very accommodating and helpful in every way.
The breakfast was very fresh and served well with presentation.
I would book again with trip.com .

"This hotel isn't far from Heathrow Airport. You can easily take a public bus from the hotel to any terminal or from the airport to the hotel for just £1. The hotel shuttle, on the other hand, costs £6.80 one way, and frankly, the public bus is often more convenient with frequent services. The hotel itself has a bit of an old-fashioned vibe, but the facilities and interiors are quite comfortable, and the bedding is good. The only minor issue is that the door isn't very soundproof, but otherwise, everything was fine. Breakfast at the hotel is £20 per person, but there's a McDonald's nearby where you can get a full meal for about £5. The British guy at the front desk was very welcoming during check-in, asking if I needed food, a wake-up call, or a taxi service. Overall, a good experience and highly recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"
"Location is near walking distance to Hounslow Central tube station. Many outlets for eating and groceries shop , close to Hounslow high street.
The whole guest house is quite clean , spacious , modernised and eye catching decorations.
I booked for the cheapest a small single room with shared bathroom, even that the room has many things to offer - a small fridge with a free water bottle, a kettle with tea/ coffee and a biscuit warmly welcome showing hospitality, a safe , a hairdryer , hangers and wardrobe, a double fan ! Bedside switch and both usb and sockets close to bed . Bed is comfy and nice pillows .A flat TV ( sometimes signals are not very good but at least easy to browse and watch )and free WiFi .
There is a bigger fridge and a microwave and sitting area downstairs .
There is a free car parking which is really a bonus for us and also quite spacious and for at least 12-14 cars and has some shades from trees.
The reception and staff are very helpful and kind .I have appointment at 10 in the downtown travel with underground over 1 hr + walking time 15-20 mins and unfortunately there were triple booked at 10 am and a long wait made me come back late by 12:25 but kindly allow to keep my car till I come.
All in all, I booked another date in November to come back ."
"We booked two bed rooms, they are trying to fool us by giving smaller room when we found out after opening the door there’s only one bed but we paid for 2 bed’s room, we asked for changing, at first they said we booked wrong one and they said it’s not always accurate on trip.com. Even though they changed 2 bed’s room after double check, they still very bad intentions trying to put faults to trip.com and clients. Having been to many countries and many cities, this Hilton conceiger is the only unprofessional one and really shame on Hilton garden hotel which is not garden feel at all"

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very new, the bathroom is big enough, the bed is not very soft, very comfortable, the surrounding facilities are complete, it is very convenient for eating, shopping and subway! You can cook, the tableware is complete, highly recommended! Ms. MELANIE at the front desk is very enthusiastic and the service is great! !
GGuest UserMy flight arrived late in the evening, and feeling uneasy about taking the subway and walking alone at night, I chose to stay overnight near the airport. Compared to hotels in the city center, the price was quite reasonable. My room was very clean, and some rooms even offer views of the Heathrow Airport runways. Overall, it was a good experience.
GGuest UserThis is not the first time that I have stayed in this hotel, As always, the room is spotlessly clean and the staff are s happy to help you. With any problems you might incur,
The only way that this hotel could be any better.
Is if they allow you to bring your dog with you...... The hotel is situated in beautiful surroundings, perfect for dogs., And you have ground floor rooms available which go directly onto the grass outside, which is perfect for anyone wishing to bring their furry babies with them.
Other than that in my opinion, there is no hotel better than this that I have stayed in, And I have stayed in most of them.
GGuest UserSlightly slow check in as trainee on the desk - unclear instructions on how to locate room. Room itself was very good - amenities to hand. Bar service poor and the staff member who served us had an attitude. Went to the international restaurant but decided it was too noisy and canteen like - for a few pounds more, eat in the French style one. There both service and food were excellent. Well located for access to the terminal.
GGuest UserEasy check in arriving at 9pm, concierge was gone but reception had it sorted, I checked in the morning with concierge, Paul Mullins , he was all over the bags arrival the previous night, and was able to help in several other ways sorting some longstanding issues for me
ZZachariasDuring my recent stay at The Novotel on the outskirts of London, I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The hotel excelled in several areas, making it a delightful getaway.
Cleanliness:
The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. From the lobby to the rooms, every corner gleamed with attention to detail. The housekeeping staff did an outstanding job in maintaining the high standards of hygiene, ensuring that everything was spotless and fresh. It was evident that cleanliness was a priority for the hotel, which is always a reassuring factor for an
Service:
Service at The Novotel was exemplary. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to accommodate any requests. From the moment of check-in, where we were greeted with a friendly smile and efficient service, to the personalised care throughout our stay, the staff’s dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. Their promptness and willingness to assist with any queries or needs added greatly to the overall experience.
Location:
Situated on the serene outskirts of London, the hotel offers a peaceful escape from the bustling city. The location is ideal for those looking to unwind while still having easy access to the city’s attractions. The surrounding area is lush and tranquil, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation. Despite being a bit removed from the city centre, transportation options were convenient, making it easy to explore London when desired.
Overall Experience:
Our stay at Novotel was nothing short of wonderful. With its pristine cleanliness, outstanding service, and ideal location, it provided a perfect blend of comfort and serenity. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a base to explore London, this hotel is an excellent choice. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
TT.DublinLadies at the reception when checking out really made the stay all the better, great atmosphere, and very kind, although other staff member did not seem as friendly.
There was a stain on one of my white pillows that I immediately saw when about to get into bed.
The key cards were not the best and did give me a hard time when entering as I had to try them multiple times. Transport links are great, it is nicely located within reach of other essential stores, Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to sleep with a partner.
GGuest UserI think that a kettle in a room is an absolute minimum. every time I wanted a cup of tea I had to get dressed and go to the foyer. even then they're was no kettle, just warm water from a coffee machine. a fridge would have been nice somewhere so i could store me oat milk. the airconditioner was sporadic, and turned itself off so I was boiling during the night.
the staff were lovely.
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is not far from the kew bridge. The road is under construction at the door. The house is built on the left side of the hotel. There are restaurants to eat, etc., and there is gairl coffee, which is quite convenient. The hotel itself has a consistent style, breakfast is still more, the room is large, the overall business trip is more suitable, that is, the summer holiday is not beautiful.
Hhuangyan27738110I was given a very bad room. There were still several steps from the bathroom. I went to the front desk and asked to change the room. The front desk said there was no room. Why didn't you give me a better room? Sure enough, I got up in the middle of the night and tripped on the toilet. And there was no phone in the room, so I went to the front desk to ask anything. The wifi signal disappears as soon as the room door is closed. If you want to use wifi, you cannot close the door. You can meet any strange flower,
