Very bad attitude. Because the flight arrived in London late, I booked a room at the Skylark Hotel a week in advance. Due to the mistake, I booked a double room but a single room. I hope to change it to a double room by adding the price difference at the Skylark Hotel. I negotiated with Ctrip a few days in advance to help solve it, but Ctrip said they would not change it, and probably didn't contact them to perfunctorily. I also sent an email to negotiate with the hotel. There was no reply either. Finally, I was forced to give up the order. I lost more than 700 yuan. Ctrip platforms and hotels like this are completely deceptive. Who dares to book a hotel? You will be deceived if you are not careful.

Our stay was great with easy access to London via tune a few mi utes walk away and a very reasonable price for the stay with nice breakfast and parking included. Perfect for us wanting to explore London for a few days.
Very clean and staff were very attentive to all needs.

This Bed and Breakfast hotel is excellent value for money. It's close to the underground only a couple of stops from Heathrow.
The area it's in isn't the best and the property is basic, but it's price point is very good considering it's really convenient location. It was clean and functional
If you're looking for a good quality hotel, spend a little more and go somewhere else. If you want somewhere close to the airport without breaking the bank then this is perfect
