旅館離地鐵口比較近，適合趕飛機。接待人員是個老爺爺，挺認真的。我們由於第二天要取車，離租車行也比較近，所以選擇這裏，旁邊有個小教堂。

態度非常差，因飛機到倫敦較晚，提前一個星期在這個雲雀旅館訂房間住宿，由於嗯錯了雙人間訂成了單人間。希望在雲雀旅館加差價能改成雙人間。提前幾天與攜程網協商幫助解決，攜程網説人家不改，估計都沒有聯繫敷衍一下。同時也發郵件與酒店協商。也不回覆。最後被迫放棄訂單。損失700多元人民幣。象這樣的攜程平台和酒店完全就是騙人。誰還敢訂酒店，一不小心就上當受騙。

The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was clean, had a lovely bathroom and the back of the hotel had a very nice garden.
