Very friendly personnel. Really made my stay in London quite pleasant.

Nice room and bathroom, has a safe, pleasant staff, and good location. Near tube station and bus stops.

Nicely located, and good promixity to London Central

Irresponsible reception staff. Don't trust them with your parcels. I left a parcel with reception and instructed them clearly to hand it over to a courier whom I sent to pick up. Reception staff blantantly turned away the courier saying that there was no such parcel. Matter is still unresolved and this has caused me a massive waste of time to rectify this as I'm not in the country, and obviously monetary cost incurred because of the lapse in pickup and delivery. This is a business hotel and yet such a simple task can't be done correctly for your business guests.

The room is quite big, especially in London, and the bathroom is also very big. It is close to Heathrow Airport, about 20 minutes' drive away, which is very convenient.

The service staff is very friendly, and the help is timely. The room is large and comfortable, with a king-size bed and a sofa bed, and the middle door can be closed without affecting each other. The sofa is also very comfortable to sit on.

Stayed here for the third time. It’s as good as ever.

The buffet breakfast is pretty good. The hotel staff are friendly. It’s about 15 kilometers away from the airport. The subway and bus are very convenient. A good accommodation experience.

There are no restaurants nearby, but the room is large and divided into three areas.
