Crowne Plaza London Heathrow T4

Extremely satisfied! The Elizabeth Line connects directly to the hotel via an underpass, which is super convenient. Taking the bus to T5 in the morning was also easy, costing only £7 per person. Breakfast was good, and the shower had great water pressure. Overall, a very good stay.

The room was clean and a good size. It's super close to the airport, just a few minutes' walk, which made catching my connecting flight incredibly convenient. The breakfast was quite good too. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The transportation is very convenient. You can walk to T4, and T2/3 are directly accessible via the airport subway. The hotel shares a building with Holiday Inn, but the rooms are on separate sides. The downstairs restaurant is good; Asian guests should enjoy it. A notable difference from a few years ago is that almost all the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant servers, are of Indian descent.

The room facilities were very new and clean, and bottled water was provided, but there were no disposable toothbrushes or toothpaste. It was much better than hotels in the city center that cost twice as much, though it's a shame this price is only available near the airport. Breakfast was quite varied. If you're taking the bus to Heathrow T4, there's no need to go up the elevator and walk back to the terminal; you can just exit the hotel and walk there in 3 minutes.

Conveniently located. There are hotel signs on the airport's departure level, but not on the arrival level, so you need to go up one floor. It's in the same building as Express, and the breakfast is probably more extensive. This time, at the Crowne Plaza breakfast, I had leafy greens. There were also three or four types of yogurt, including self-serve from a large bowl, and individual packaged ones too. The fruit selection was the most I've seen at a UK breakfast, and there was a wide variety of cheeses. I even tried blue cheese for the first time and realized it tastes a bit like fermented bean curd. There were also three or four kinds of cold cuts/ham. But what I value most is the vegetables 🥬. The menu shown is for dinner.

A quiet haven. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent; you can't hear any noise even though the runway is right in front of you. The lobby always has travelers hurrying by with their luggage, either just arriving or about to depart. Breakfast is served quite early, perfect for those catching an early flight.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and tidy. Even though it's an older hotel, it didn't feel dirty or unkempt inside. The room was very quiet and the breakfast was excellent. It's a great choice for a stopover, and I'd definitely come back again.
