A more unprofessional reception/ breakfast staff you won’t find. I’ll be brief. Tried to check in at 3, didn’t get my room until 4.45. The coffee machine, fridge, and microwave didn’t work. I found it was the electrical socket they were plugged in to was at fault, not the appliances. The air con unit wouldn’t turn off. On leaving, I told the man on reception what I had found, and he evidently didn’t care, as he didn’t write it down nor ask any question. On checking out, the woman asked how was my stay, I replied “not great”….and that was it. No response asking how could things be improved…notion at all. The room decor was really good.

Very Homey. Awesome staff, especially Mr. Espy and Mr. Kelly. Hotel is located in a quiet location. Opposite is a Cajun Restauran and there's a hospital close by. It's located on the East Side, so there's not hassle with the rush hour traffic.
